In November 2024, we hired Top Energy to install ductless mini-splits in two studio spaces and the garage on our property. Leor was very responsive and knowledgeable, and helped us determine the location and size of the systems. Installation was one day; pricing was fair. The crew even returned to do several other handyman projects, which went well. Adding climate systems to these rooms has been a game-changer in how we use the space. Highly recommend Top Energy!
When both of our AC units unexpectedly stopped blowing cold air Top Energy Solutions was able to get a tech out quickly to diagnose the problem. It was discovered our system had a leak in the lines running under a patio. Leor came up with a solution for us and the next day removed the old systems and installed 2 new systems. The crew was efficient, professional, and did quality work. Because of that we had Leor and his crew come back the next day and insulate the attic and install an attic fan. I couldn't be happier with the communication, efficiency, and professionalism of Leor and his crews!
Top Energy Solutions is the best contractor I have hired. Leor is responsive and professional. I acquired three quotes to have my HVAC system replaced. I accepted Leor’s quote, and the installation started, and was finished by the end of the next day - amazing. A crane was required to remove and replace the AC unit on a three story house. His installation crew was very friendly and very good natured. He beat the other quotes by more than two thousand dollars for the same equipment. Leor is a general contractor and has crews for most home repairs. I will be hiring Top Energy Solution again soon.

I recently had Atticare come out to clean and insulate both my attic and crawlspace, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! Sean was my technician — super friendly, on time, and clearly knew his stuff. He showed me photos before and after, explained everything in plain English, and made sure I understood exactly what was being done.
I recently had Atticare come out to my house last year to remove old insulation and then lay down new insulation along with rodent proofing the attic. A little over a year later Rats were still getting into my Attic and even though my warranty had expired Attic care was nice enough to send out their engineer Kyle to address the issue. Kyle spent several hours at my house today to do a thorough inspection and rodent proofing of any access areas were the rats might be getting into my attic. Kyle also repaired my air ducts the rats were chewing, cleaned up the attic of any droppings and completely sanitized. Very happy with the follow up work Kyle was able to complete today.
