We had a great experience with Accurate-Airtight, from start to finish. We were amazed that in this busy insulation season Steve was able to come do the blower test, explain his recommendation in detail, and get us an estimate. We were also amazed that the crew could fit us in, in November. The crew: Brandon, Chris, Deylan, Mason, Wallace, Joe, and Steve were wonderful: friendly, efficient, careful, and did great work. Our old 1899 house is now performing at much more energy efficient levels. We highly recommend this company!

The warmer summer nights of climate change were pushing my 1909 arts and crafts bungalow to the point of uninhabitability, particularly on the second floor, by making it impossible to air out the house overnight. Cue A-A Exteriors coming to the rescue. Hunter P. worked with associates to design a comprehensive tune up for my home, top to bottom, with insulation, air sealing, and proper ventilation. Derek and James led the plan’s execution with a team of installers who worked tirelessly and with collegial good humor at tasks that were physically challenging and mentally tedious under varying conditions of comfort, or lack thereof, day after day. I never heard a cross word spoken or a voice raised over the course of more than two weeks of work. That’s leadership! Such an old house inevitably yields surprises, but the team problem-solved every challenge and completed every goal. Cory painstakingly documented my home’s condition pre- and post-construction, but I didn’t need data to know the company’s work has paid off. My home has been transformed, and not a day too soon given this summer’s hot nights and hotter days. Now I can enjoy the charm of an older home with the comfort of a new one. Had excellent and responsive planning experiences with Torrance on a tricky insulation condition (uninsulated 2x4 rafter ceiling). Hunter was timely and professional running the Energy Audit and promptly followed up to answer questions I had. The insulation crews were efficient and professional. I would work with them again without hesitation.

This company takes every shortcut possible and has no integrity in their work. We are in a new build and there are visible seams in our ceilings, many cracks, and pieces that are separating. The builder got Alpine to come back to fix their work but that is a disaster, too. The crew beat up the exterior of our house when they brought in their scaffolding, got mud all over our finished doors and scoffed when we told them we needed to be able to sleep in our bed and access our second floor every night after they finished working. Their scheduling person sent the same person out twice to assess the situation because they didn't think the right person came the first time, but only realized it when I contacted them to question why the work hadn't been scheduled. Do not work with them if you want at least a halfway decent drywall job done.
