Everything about my experience was professional and well done. They did a home energy assessment for me. Following this they gave me a quote for insulation. I used them for this service as well. Again professional and happy with the product /service delivery and price. Very helpful, answered all my questions, timely.

My wife had called American Home Consultants to do an install of insulation in my garage as we were finishing it. We had the rolls of fiberglass as I was planning to do the work myself but circumstances did not work out for me to do so. The price to do the work was fair and I felt they went above and beyond in the work they did, both putting up existing insulation, spraying where it made sense, and installing R-50 blown in insulation in the garage attic. The onsite crew was courteous and professional and clearly cared about their work. I highly recommend AHC and their work.

American Home is the way to go! The lady who does all scheduling, Sheryl, is an angel, and wonderful in all aspects. She was accommodating and replied to all my questions and requests in an efficient manner. The guys who came to do our reinsulation (Andrew and Danny?) were super professional and even took the time to get our dog accustomed to them before coming in.. Got love dog people! he is a bit wary of intruders lol but they were wonderful and made for such a great and calm experience for us all. They were timely, courteous, and communicative. I would and will recommended this team to anyone who needs their services. Thanks guys!!

Did a great job in our historic home in Columbus. We had them spray foam the new third floor suite. What I appreciate most of all, in addition to the great insulation job, was that these folks cleaned up after themselves so nicely. You'd never know they were here. Two men showed up - very professional and one of them named, Jarred, made a comment to me that he would make the attic look very pretty. I thought to myself - who cares about how the attic looks; however, how refreshing is it that people care about the result of their work. It's so quiet in our home now. I work from home and so noticeable. Also with the hot sun beating down, we've barely had to turn on the air conditioner. If you are considering, call them and get a quote!

Foamtech insulation did a fabulous job with spray foam insulation at my house. Dale at the office was easy to work with. Made the process so easy! Brett and Luis showed up to do the foaming!!! They did the most thorough and complete job I’ve ever seen. The quality was amazing!!! The room they did has no heat source and it’s the warmest room in the house. Very happy with the service they provided and I highly recommend them.

I don’t normally find top notch workmanship, that meets my deadlines, are true professionals…always smiling, and have it be the lowest of the 3 quotes I got, but Koala insulation knocked it out of the ballpark! I had a couple of late night emergencies and I texted Trent, the owner, and he texted back right away and came out first thing in the morning to help me! They went so far above and beyond what any other company has ever done for me and the workmanship and quality is phenomenal! I hired them for a complex concrete lifting job on our driveway to help with water management, and they tackled it head-on with professionalism and care. Nic was fantastic to work with, he was knowledgeable, responsive, and flexible, even coming out a second time to re-scope the project after other driveway work changed the plan. Long overdue positive response - great company to work with! They raised the concrete on our driveway and back patio. They are clear in their communication and do good work. The estimate they provided was slightly higher than other companies, but we chose them because they seemed more knowledgeable and trustworthy. Only thing I would have changed is to request that the workers who came onsite communicated with us once the job was complete.

The warmer summer nights of climate change were pushing my 1909 arts and crafts bungalow to the point of uninhabitability, particularly on the second floor, by making it impossible to air out the house overnight. Derek and James led the plan’s execution with a team of installers who worked tirelessly and with collegial good humor at tasks that were physically challenging and mentally tedious under varying conditions of comfort, or lack thereof, day after day. I never heard a cross word spoken or a voice raised over the course of more than two weeks of work. That’s leadership! Such an old house inevitably yields surprises, but the team problem-solved every challenge and completed every goal. Cory painstakingly documented my home’s condition pre- and post-construction, but I didn’t need data to know the company’s work has paid off. My home has been transformed, and not a day too soon given this summer’s hot nights and hotter days. Now I can enjoy the charm of an older home with the comfort of a new one. Had excellent and responsive planning experiences with Torrance on a tricky insulation condition (uninsulated 2x4 rafter ceiling). Hunter was timely and professional running the Energy Audit and promptly followed up to answer questions I had. The insulation crews were efficient and professional. I would work with them again without hesitation.

We have the highest regard for Torrance and his team. Our 1960s home had numerous air-sealing deficiencies, some obvious and some insidious. AAE did not just do the easy things and say it is 'good enough'. They were committed to do the job right and solve the problems. Crew members were courteous and professional. Torrance has a better understanding of air sealing / insulation / ice dams than anyone I have met. Our dealings were honest and forthright. We recommend this team to anyone.

I've had Ryen and his team out to upgrade my bathroom fan and properly vent it though the roof, resolve some mold in the attic, and do an insulation and ventilation upgrade in the attic and they've done a great job every time. They we're responsive and quick to schedule. When giving a time when they'd show up I was given a specific time instead of a half-day window and when they finished for the day they always cleaned up before leaving. I didn't get competing quotes for the smaller jobs but the price for the larger project was slightly higher than other quotes with the caveat that they were not one to one quotes. One of the differences being that Ryen did some actual construction work while the others wanted to just use foam blocks and the more permanent solution and quality was worth the cost. I'll plan to use them again when I have more insulation or ventilation work done in the future.

Owner Mike was fantastic in explaining the different levels of R value regarding closed and open cell spray foam insulation. No need to spend extra money if you met the appropriate R values achieved with a hybrid combination of insulation. I’ve already noticed the improvement of warmth and sound levels! Excellent work! We needed our attic insulated. Todd communicated well with me and it was easy to set up the work. He arrived on time and got right to work with his crew. Todd and TNT Insulation were great. He was quick to come out for an estimate, gave solid advice, showed up exactly on time and was very accommodating of our contractor's changing schedule. He sprayed our remodeled kitchen, bathroom, plus some attic spaces that were creating ice dams. He was super meticulous and neat, caulking all the cracks that couldn't receive the spray foam and sweeping up after himself including areas that he didn't even impact. I would highly recommend this company.

After removing all previous insulation, we had soffits and attic insulated. Our recessed lighting was sealed and R60 insulation was installed. Since was we’re doing a whole house remodel, they were flexible on timing and fit us into the schedule on our time frame. They had competitive pricing and professional service.

We hired Rockweiler to add insulation to our attic spaces that were in major need of improvement. The work included spray foam for added sealing, new soffit chutes for better ventilation, and of course adding new fiberglass insulation. Everyone we interacted with was great to work with and really knew their stuff. A much more pleasant experience compared to other larger companies in the area with pushy, off putting sales tactics. We can't recommend Rockweiler enough!

Attached are some before and after photos. Overall, I'd say it was a positive experience. You can see how well everything is sealed in the photos. Our situation leading up to this project was mildly stressful as we had mold on our rim joist from cold condensation over the winter, so I wanted so get the rim joist spray foam insulated in order to create an air barrier and help insulate the area. USA Insulation had a great sales team and front office that was great at answering any questions we had. One item I stressed was getting the sill plate sealed, I was told it would be and it was mentioned in the quote. When the spray foam team came out, I noticed they were not spraying the sill plate. I checked with the crew leader and we sorted it out by checking the invoiced paperwork. The team was quick to fix the mistake and apologized for missing that piece. I walked around with the team to make sure we got the proper amount of insulation installed and that all gaps were filled. After everything settled and I doubled checked the work, there are a few spots I want to touch up, but overall the work looks really good and I'm happy that we got this project finished and over with. I would recommend highly USA Insulation for a rim joist spray foam job.

The team of Brian,Kevin, Keith and Jeff did a top notch job. Brian found two hidden dryer vents that were open to the outside. It was an expressway for mice to enter the home. They sealed them. I am extremely grateful for that. All in all I'm very happy with the insulation removal and replacement. I highly recommend USA I insulation.
