Spray Foam Insulation in Madison, WI

Had Brad come out for a free estimate on insulating my Park Model foundation and crawl space. After a discussion on how to get the best bang for the buck. he and his crew sealed and insulated all that was needed while showing me what I could do in the future on my own. Job was completed in a few hours and when they left the area looked as it did before they got there. I think they went above and beyond and would highly recomend.

We bought a Cape Cod style house in a few years ago and soon found out it was poorly insulated. I found out that Cape Cod style houses are one of the most difficult types of houses to insulate due to the many voids that are built into the construction. The house also needed a new roof so after researching spray foam insulation and talking to Brad the owner of Weather Seal Insulation and Roofing I decided it would be the best option. Weather Seal is one ,of the few companies that does both roofing and spray foam insulation. The advantage of which benefited us because while they were tearing off the old roof they discovered that the gable at the front of the house and over part of our living room, had no insulation. Brad was able to quickly come and spray foam that space so the roofers could continue their work. Now our living room is much warmer. Another advantage of spray foam insulation applied to the underside of the roof deck is that the insulation on the attic floor can be removed, which we had done, providing easy access to electrical wiring if it needs to be repaired or upgraded. When inspecting our house for a quote, Brad suggested spray foaming the basement walls, because a significant amount of heat is transferred through the walls. I was skeptical at first, but after thinking about it, it made sense, and with the added coat of protective white paint over the spray foam, I would brighten up the basement which needed to be painted anyway. Now my basement is the warmest level in the house, and the basement looks cleaner and brighter. Even my father in law, who has many years experience in the construction trades, was impressed at how well it looked. The whole house is noticeably warmer and the furnace comes on less often.

Brad was given a near impossible task after another contractor left me high and …wet… (insulation). After multiple walkthroughs to make sure he covered every scenario, and ensuring he had a step by step plan, his team executed a near flawless job. Outstanding Work – Highly Recommend Rock Road Company! Last fall, Rock Road Company insulated both my walk-up attic and a crawlspace under a dining room addition, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Their service was excellent from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and super detail-oriented. Communication was clear, they showed up on time, and they left everything even cleaner than it was when they arrived! They even went above and beyond by bringing enzyme cleaners after I mentioned a lingering cat smell from the previous owners, completely unprompted and at no extra cost. That level of care is rare! As for the insulation itself — it’s amazing. My attic stayed warm and comfortable all winter without any added heat, and it’s now a totally usable space. The crawlspace insulation also made a noticeable difference in keeping the dining room above much more comfortable. The spray foam they use is clearly top quality. I just had them spray the inside of my 12'x16' cabin in the woods. They did the walls, ceiling, and floor joists (2x4).Everything from their timeliness to replying to my initial inquiry, arranging to see my project, getting me a bid, getting me on the schedule, and getting my project completed was nothing short of a pleasure. They kept me informed the whole time from start to finish. The gentleman that did the spraying was very meticulous and was careful to get every nook and cranny. When they were done, they did an excellent job of trimming the excess, caulking between all of the studs, floor, and top wall plates. They also did an excellent job cleaning up because this process does make a bit of a mess. I was really surprised at how much spray foam solidifies a structure! When they were done, I set up a lazer to start finishing the ceiling and when I walked around, the lazer line didn't move at all! My cabin sits on concrete blocks so it's not real sturdy to begin with but it feels really solid now. I'm in the trades myself and I firmly believe that you get what you pay for and I feel like I got what I paid for and I'm very happy with the job that was done. You can tell in the first 5 minutes of meeting any employee that they take pride in their work and it shows. Thanks a lot to everyone at Rock Road!

I first called Rock Road Company after another spray company that I had lined up had backed out of spraying my house the day before it was supposed to be sprayed. I explained to Carrie my situation along with the tight time line that I had for spraying before my drywall installers were scheduled to do their job. Carrie and Luyk made it a point to go out of their way to come measure my project the day after I called. Rock Road Company was out to my house spray foaming the very next week! The Rock Road crew was very knowledgeable and experienced. They did an excellent job prepping, spraying and cleaning up everything in my house. My wife had called American Home Consultants to do an install of insulation in my garage as we were finishing it. We had the rolls of fiberglass as I was planning to do the work myself but circumstances did not work out for me to do so. The price to do the work was fair and I felt they went above and beyond in the work they did, both putting up existing insulation, spraying where it made sense, and installing R-50 blown in insulation in the garage attic. The onsite crew was courteous and professional and clearly cared about their work. I highly recommend AHC and their work.

American Home is the way to go! The lady who does all scheduling, Sheryl, is an angel, and wonderful in all aspects. She was accommodating and replied to all my questions and requests in an efficient manner. The guys who came to do our reinsulation (Andrew and Danny?) were super professional and even took the time to get our dog accustomed to them before coming in.. Got love dog people! he is a bit wary of intruders lol but they were wonderful and made for such a great and calm experience for us all. They were timely, courteous, and communicative. I don’t normally find top notch workmanship, that meets my deadlines, are true professionals…always smiling, and have it be the lowest of the 3 quotes I got, but Koala insulation knocked it out of the ballpark! The warmer summer nights of climate change were pushing my 1909 arts and crafts bungalow to the point of uninhabitability, particularly on the second floor, by making it impossible to air out the house overnight. We have the highest regard for Torrance and his team. Our 1960s home had numerous air-sealing deficiencies, some obvious and some insidious. AAE did not just do the easy things and say it is 'good enough'. They were committed to do the job right and solve the problems. Crew members were courteous and professional. Long overdue positive response - great company to work with! They raised the concrete on our driveway and back patio. They are clear in their communication and do good work. The estimate they provided was slightly higher than other companies, but we chose them because they seemed more knowledgeable and trustworthy. Only thing I would have changed is to request that the workers who came onsite communicated with us once the job was complete.

Excellent work! We needed our attic insulated. Todd communicated well with me and it was easy to set up the work. He arrived on time and got right to work with his crew. Todd and TNT Insulation were great. He was quick to come out for an estimate, gave solid advice, showed up exactly on time and was very accommodating of our contractor's changing schedule. He sprayed our remodeled kitchen, bathroom, plus some attic spaces that were creating ice dams. He was super meticulous and neat, caulking all the cracks that couldn't receive the spray foam and sweeping up after himself including areas that he didn't even impact. I would highly recommend this company.

The team of Brian,Kevin, Keith and Jeff did a top notch job. Brian found two hidden dryer vents that were open to the outside. It was an expressway for mice to enter the home. They sealed them. I am extremely grateful for that. All in all I'm very happy with the insulation removal and replacement. I highly recommend USA I insulation.

Attached are some before and after photos. Overall, I'd say it was a positive experience. You can see how well everything is sealed in the photos. Our situation leading up to this project was mildly stressful as we had mold on our rim joist from cold condensation over the winter, so I wanted so get the rim joist spray foam insulated in order to create an air barrier and help insulate the area. USA Insulation had a great sales team and front office that was great at answering any questions we had. One item I stressed was getting the sill plate sealed, I was told it would be and it was mentioned in the quote. When the spray foam team came out, I noticed they were not spraying the sill plate. I checked with the crew leader and we sorted it out by checking the invoiced paperwork. The team was quick to fix the mistake and apologized for missing that piece. I walked around with the team to make sure we got the proper amount of insulation installed and that all gaps were filled. After everything settled and I doubled checked the work, there are a few spots I want to touch up, but overall the work looks really good and I'm happy that we got this project finished and over with. I would recommend highly USA Insulation for a rim joist spray foam job.

After removing all previous insulation, we had soffits and attic insulated. Our recessed lighting was sealed and R60 insulation was installed. Since was we’re doing a whole house remodel, they were flexible on timing and fit us into the schedule on our time frame. They had competitive pricing and professional service.

We hired Rockweiler to add insulation to our attic spaces that were in major need of improvement. The work included spray foam for added sealing, new soffit chutes for better ventilation, and of course adding new fiberglass insulation. Everyone we interacted with was great to work with and really knew their stuff. A much more pleasant experience compared to other larger companies in the area with pushy, off putting sales tactics. We can't recommend Rockweiler enough!

Delivery Appt time 5am they opened overhead door at 4:30, I backed in, by 4:45 they were already unloading me. Yes I backed down driveway easy enough, and parked overnight to the side so others could get by me. Didn’t mind delivering to this place at all.

TRUCKERS: Don’t pull into lot. Turn left then back down the driveway half way and be sure to stay as far to one side as possible so their work trucks can get through. They had no problem with me parking here overnight. The dock will be the overhead door directly behind you if you backed down the driveway. Super friendly people and they unloaded me an hour before my appointment and I was gone in 20 minutes. My photo is from the vantage point of the dock. That’s the driveway you need to back down.

Kind of small facilities for a big 🚚 but nice people let me sleep on site when I was there had no shift time to drive to a truck stop
