I don’t normally find top notch workmanship, that meets my deadlines, are true professionals…always smiling, and have it be the lowest of the 3 quotes I got, but Koala insulation knocked it out of the ballpark! I had a couple of late night emergencies and I texted Trent, the owner, and he texted back right away and came out first thing in the morning to help me! They went so far above and beyond what any other company has ever done for me and the workmanship and quality is phenomenal! My favorite thing was the transparency, responsiveness and never over promising and under delivering. I highly, highly recommend Koala Insulation! We put on a 1600 square-foot new addition on our house and had many little deadlines we needed to meet and they met them all!
