Working with Puff Roofing literally saved me $150,000 and made it possible for me to rehab a 10,500 sqft building with a flat roof that otherwise would have been lost due to 25 years of neglect and growing water damage. Using infrared technology Puff was able to focus repairs on areas that where actually leaking. Best part is that their roofing solution saved the original flat roof aesthetic of the building making the building look more favorable for tenants. The foam solution also keeps the building much cooler inside as it is white and insulated than other dark membrane roofs I've worked with.

New home construction here. Gas fireplace had been installed before Elite came (my mistake for the schedule; fireplace installers never said that the cavity needed to be insulated before insulation). Inspector failed the insulation inspection as a result. Elite came back promptly after we pulled the fireplace to do the insulation, which was to code. Massive props for their responsiveness. Also appreciate their job so far. (Still have the ceiling to blow in after drywall is installed.) Ben Caffo, you're a great guy, and have wonderful crews.

Had additional cellulose insulation installed in my attic. The install crew, Solomon and Andrew, were efficient and protected my home from the inevitable dust and debris of installing the insulation. The outcome was perfect! Had my crawl space encapsulated. In a procedure with so many opinions and experts Elite worked with me for the best outcome for our specific geographic location and the construction of my home's crawlspace. The install crew, Mario and Antonio, was top-notch! I recommend Elite! Their Proposal (one of four obtained) was well within my budget and their reputation was solid.

Weatherseal is honest and ethical. Taylor performed an extensive review of my insulation problems and concluded that my issue was more HVAC related, so there was nothing he could do as far as his business was concerned. He really took a good look... climbed in to the unknown roof areas as part of his assessment. Even though I did not become a client, he was both gracious and professional, which is greatly appreciated!!

We had heavy rains on a Friday night recently. Saturday morning we discovered that our 2 year old sump pump had malfunctioned and our basement was flooded. Of course it was a Saturday so not expecting a rapid response on a weekend. We called out a company to pull out the water and then left messages for Weatherseal, expecting a call back, hopefully, Monday morning. In the afternoon we heard from Taylor from Weatherseal. He could come out now! Taylor was reassuring, brought in emergency equipment including an industrial dehumidifier. An hour later the fault was identified, a faulty switch. Monday morning, at 7:30, John from Weatherseal arrived to replace the sump pump, and not only that they installed a back up sump pump with an alarm so we wont get caught should this happen again. They were here all day. Didn't leave until they were certain everything was in perfect working condition. They left their dehumidifier for another few days, just to be certain. I can't say enough about this company and the way they responded to our emergency. We were out of town the next weekend, Taylor heard it was going to rain and even offered to stop by the house to check everything was okay. We turned his offer down because we knew, with all the double checking they did on the Monday, everything would be fine, and it was!

I had a good experience with this company. They quickly came out and did an estimate to mitigate mold in a crawlspace in a house I was selling. After that communication was spotty but I did get on their schedule and they performed the work as planned and on time. If you are looking for an affordable mold mitigation team, look no further, you might have to be patient with their communication style.

Great pricing compared to other companies. They did insulation in my attic as well as install a garage door at my house. Would be 5 stars but could not get a return phone call about the ETA on my garage door. Installers were very friendly. Would recommend them and use them again on future projects.
