Shane Miner was amazing! He was polite and professional but also funny and personable. We had a ton of siding delivered (16 foot boards that had to fit down a 10 foot wide, 100 foot long driveway) and Shane maneuvered everything in like an artist!

New home construction here. Gas fireplace had been installed before Elite came (my mistake for the schedule; fireplace installers never said that the cavity needed to be insulated before insulation). Inspector failed the insulation inspection as a result. Elite came back promptly after we pulled the fireplace to do the insulation, which was to code. Massive props for their responsiveness. Also appreciate their job so far. (Still have the ceiling to blow in after drywall is installed.) Ben Caffo, you're a great guy, and have wonderful crews.

I needed a riser for my septic but what I needed had been discontinued. The two guys in the warehouse took extra time to help me find something else that would work. I appreciate that type of service.

I am so glad we found this company! I recommend them without any hesitation. For context, our job was blow-in insulation for a large ranch house, screened porch, and garage. Our experience with Dale Thomas Insulation & Drywall was fantastic. Jacob is the manager of the location in our area (Mount Solon, VA), and he was very responsive - answering my questions along the way. Based on our conversations, I have full confidence that he was up front with me on all details. He was clear about the price (which was a great value in my opinion), the scope of the job, and timing. They completed it on the day promised. I appreciated so much meeting him (and his family) in person and would definitely invite him back. Anytime I can hire a family business, that is my preference, and for this job I was not disappointed. Jacob also mentioned the ability to do remote estimates if you can video-chat and take your phone into the attic (or to the workspace) and I thought that was a neat option.

We are subcontracting the construction of our own house. Thomas Insulation was wonderful with which to work. Dale answered all our questions beforehand so we were sure that we were prepared and were getting what we needed. The crew did a wonderful job. They were quick and fit us into their schedule in a timely manner. We are very pleased.

I delivered water heaters here. Really nice receivers. I talked to Billy about coming a day early since i only had 5 units for him and he said that he'd take them. I asked about spending the night outside the fence if i ever come back and he said that was fine or that we can spend the night within the fenced area if you got there before they closed, you just couldnt go anywhere. I came in at the first entrance where the sign is and really had to swing it wide. I didnt know they have a 2nd entrance just past the sign that you could go into and go around the back part of their building, would've made it a lot easier to dock. Not that it was terrible, just a little tight but I've had way worse docks. Just call ahead if you want to get unloaded early/spend the night on sight. Always give them a heads up.

Tina is absolutely the best! She is knowledgeable, helpful, and Goes above and beyond for her customers. I came in 15 minutes before closing desperately needing parts so I could get My house back up and running after my filtration system froze and broke. She never made me feel rushed, offered as much advice as she could. I also spent way less than I was expecting!

Flatbed- Friendly guys, and fast unloading. Parking overnight is allowed for 1 truck only. And theres a truck plaza 2 blocks away.

We had this company spray foam insulation in our basement where moisture was a problem. Since that time we've had a dry and moisture free room. We are grateful for their work.

Great pricing compared to other companies. They did insulation in my attic as well as install a garage door at my house. Would be 5 stars but could not get a return phone call about the ETA on my garage door. Installers were very friendly. Would recommend them and use them again on future projects.
