Byron even brought along the rebate forms to complete for Dominion Energy and Rocky Mountain Power which made the process easy. I highly recommend Nelson Insulation if you need home insulation work done.

Byron is the best and his employees are super outgoing and neat they get the job done in sunshine, rain, or snow they make sure you are satisfied with the work! I most definitely recommend Nelson Insulation for all of your Insulation needs this company knows what it’s doing!

Another update 8/26/22: I guess the last time he reached out was just to placate me into a better review. Still have yet to receive a receipt for work done or any type of rebate through dominion or rocky mountain as promised. Very disappointed to have to keep wondering about why this can not be finished. Update 6/13/22: Byron reached out to me about the rebate process and the communication issue was due to unforeseen circumstances in his life. He even came to our house to have a personal conversation. He was very open and talked to me about where he was in the process and what I should expect next. Will update once process is complete! Original review: I had the same experience as Ivan did with Nelson Insulation. Byron was super pleasant to talk with about doing the insulation helping me understand the entire process. The installers were great the day of as well. Overall 5 stars to that point. I also have not received an invoice and this was installed early april 2022. I have used the email I found on the dominion website for qualified installers for the rebate and received no word. I called it went straight to a full voicemail box and no way of contacting him a different way. Now I have no way to try and get a rebate from dominion or rocky mountain. Based on other previous reviews of him being great, this is super concerning.
