A great experience from start to finish. They took care of several key areas that were lacking insulation from our original builder. They even had to make a new access to above our master bedroom to blow in insulation since the builder messed up there too, and the hatch looks great! Koala insulation did a fantastic job of cleaning out old insulation in our attic then applying new spray foam insulation, decking and a hatch cover to ensure the attic was sealed up tight! Jorge and Rodrigo were very professional and knowledgeable, they were very quick to respond to any questions we had even throughout the process and they never tried to hard core up sale us. Diana was the contact for the crew and she was awesome as well! I never saw a mess at anytime and when they finished I couldn’t even tell they had ever been there, unless I went up and looked at our new, awesome attic! Thank you guys so much, I wish all of our house projects had been this painless and this well done!

A water line ran through my garage wall and attic that was not insulated. I'm hoping this protects it from freezing as it did last winter. Jose and his team gave me a very fair bid and did excellent work. They took down my old drywall, used spray foam insulation, hung new drywall, did mud and painted it. Jose showed up on tome for the initial appointment, provided a written estimate at a fair price (not below market value but not above either) and then showed up on time to perform the job. His guys took extra care to cover literally everything, and then did a really good job. The clean up was flawless and the customer service again was top notch. Everything from the quote to the completion of the job was absolutely flawless... Awesome service. Called them for some spots that had low/missing insulation in a 1980s house we bought. Several companies gave me quotes. But Jason diagnosed serval things in the attic that I hadn’t even noticed. His crew fixed them all and today’s the first day since we moved in that our AC can keep up. Awesome insulation installation service! I have an old hill country home that was hot upstairs. They installed radiant barrier and blew in 12 inches of fiberglass insulation. Bring on the heat!? And The install crew were very helpful and worked quickly. Will definitely use these guys again.

We selected HeatBusters because of their exceptional reviews. What we discovered is that their reviews did not even do them justice. They were highly professional, remarkably service oriented, and considerably less expensive than the other two bids that we received for the job. They came to the house several times to answer all of our questions and to design a plan for insulating a large attic, and then even came back after the job was done to make sure that we were satisfied. They even took the time to properly insulate our water pipes after a previous contractor (who replumbed the house through the attic) left the job half done. Their expertise and excellent service make them a very easy company to recommend.

We had 2 inches of closed cell spray foam added to our metal building. Will and his crew did a great job. They were clean, punctual, hard working and an enjoyable crew to work with. This was a big job and they managed to complete it in one day. On top of that they were easily 50% or more less than all the bids I received. I would definitely use Hill Country Insulation again.
