We hired Cooler Green Solutions to help us update the insulation in our 1979 home. We had open cell foam insulation installed. What a great experience working with Travis and his crew. They cleaned out our old attic insulation and installed the new insulation. We've already noticed that our air conditioner isn't working as hard to cool the house and the humidity dropped as well. Travis listened to what we were experiencing with our cooling system and gave us a proposal that had the options we needed without add ons that we didn't need. Our attic temperature dropped about 40 degrees after the insulation installation. An excellent experience overall.

Great experience! I went in to have a stem cell-based therapy injected into my knee after an ACL reconstruction surgery. Dr. O is very knowledgeable and made me feel safe and secure. He really knows what he's talking about. It was a quick and painless procedure. And I can say that my knee feels great even to this day!

Inquired on several contractors for attic blown-in insulation estimates. Ended up choosing Koala Insulation through Lowes projects. Did find price estimate to be very reasonable plus loved how they used Johns Mansfield product. As courtesy, the team re-taked some radiant barrier that was loose, bravo. Entire project took about 2 hours to complete. Existing R-Value of insulation before project was R12 at 0-6" attic coverage. Goal was to get at least to R-38. Attic coverage after project done is significantly improved. Would definitely suggest Koala for any residential or commercial insulation needs for service.

Koala Insulation exceeded expectation! It feels cool even with the a/c off. Punctual and kept contact at every point. Our inspector and sales rep, Austin was very professional and got us set up very quickly. Sergio and Antonio did our removal. Ezra and Anthony handled our reinsulation. They all were punctual, efficient, professional and very pleasant despite our super tiny and nasty attic! Would recommend!

Bottom line: I would hire them again. They're all very professional and made sure to account for my concerns. I found Koala via Angie's list. I made a request for a quote and in no time at all, I was in contact with a member of the team. I was scheduled easily and a representative (Andrew) from Koala came to look at my attic. Andrew investigated and showed me where the problem areas were. He prepared options and recommended actions while he was in person. Then he prepared a quote and e-mailed it to me. I accepted it and then he scheduled a crew to come out... All in the same visit. When his crew came out and they were so kind. They asked me to look at the attic space after they did their work and see what I thought. They were very interested in my input and addressed all my concerns. I'm very glad I hired them. Heatbusters was amazing! Every step of the way they were true professionals from top to bottom. Every person I dealt with from Jim the owner on down was excellent. They gave me a very fair price and did excellent work. They removed old insulation, cleaned, sealed leaks, sanitized and put 17inches of new insulation in a 4k sft house. They were on time, cleaned up everyday, and worked very hard. These guys really did an excellent job for me- highly recommended!

Great insulation work done from the crew. Professional and quick. Jim, our sales manager, was great to explain the process, discuss our needs and ensure that we were getting the right kind of work done. Other insulation companies we talked to just looked around for 30 seconds to take measurements and quoted us immediately without even asking anything, what we were doing or our goals for the project. Really glad I went with them. First impressions say a lot and Eric made it very clear the level of professionalism that would be involved by just simply following up when he said he would, setting expectations and meeting them, and getting the work started on time. How many contractors can you say can even do 1 of those? I had my foundation repaired a few months ago and after all the settling, I reached out to Eric for help with the drywall repair. His employee Hector was professional, courteous, and did everything in 1 day. And made sure to clean up the best he could. All in all a seamless experience.

They did such a great job repairing the can lights in our ceiling. So many other contractors turned us down since they were worried about the paint not matching up. I don’t even need to paint over it because it looks that GOOD! I am so happy with the job they did. Plus got much higher quotes from other company’s. Their prices were fair. Highly recommend!!

I am an HVAC technician in Lakeway Texas so I see a lot of spray foam jobs, I wanted my Dutch barn spray foamed and while searching for the best I came across USA insulation... Everything from the quote to the completion of the job was absolutely flawless... The spray foam team was very diligent and skilled in his trade and took the extra time to tape off areas and keep a clean job site which I definitely appreciate... 10 out of 10 will definitely use these guys again in the future as well as steer my customers in their direction... Awesome service. Called them for some spots that had low/missing insulation in a 1980s house we bought. Several companies gave me quotes. But Jason diagnosed serval things in the attic that I hadn’t even noticed. His crew fixed them all and today’s the first day since we moved in that our AC can keep up. I highly recommend Payless insulation. From start to finish everything was explained and pointed out prior to starting. Jonathan was the team leader with two other very respectfulgentlemen. Taping the area with plastic to make sure that things were covered was amazing. The job didn’t take very long minimal sound in they cleaned up When the job was done. The transaction of payment was effortlessly.

So, it’s like this… I was SO tired of only hot water at the kitchen sink. Before yesterday, the A/C came on at dawn and didn't shut off all day. Now, it’s off and I can’t recall when it ran last! The crew was wonderful. The attic looks great. They also found and repaired a flex hose to an A/C vent that was split like ripe fruit. They cleaned up inside and out and gone by 3:00 the same day. Tell all of your friends!

The Attic Wrangler removed raccoons from our attic. Zach removed two layers of soiled and compacted old insulation, cleaned and sealed the attic, and added new insulation. He also advised us on finding repairs for the damaged ductwork. He took pictures at every stage. He is professional, thorough, and explains everything clearly. I highly recommend him!

Nat Clements with ARP came out to look at my roof and talk about what I needed. He was very personable and easy to understand. He seemed to care about my needs even though it wasn’t a large scale job. I got a reasonable estimate and sent ARP a check. The check didn’t arrive until weeks later causing delays and missed communication but Nat didn’t give up on me. He continued to contact me and got my job back on track and ultimately completed. Nat is a real professional, likable and quick to earn my respect. I will certainly recommend ARP and will call Nat again should the need arise.

We needed a ridge cap replaced and then some interior ceiling work done. When things didn’t go right the first time, they came back and made it right. Not every company will do that, so that earned them an extra star. We especially liked working with Nat, who went the extra mile for us.

We had 2 inches of closed cell spray foam added to our metal building. Will and his crew did a great job. They were clean, punctual, hard working and an enjoyable crew to work with. This was a big job and they managed to complete it in one day. On top of that they were easily 50% or more less than all the bids I received. I would definitely use Hill Country Insulation again.
