Fantastic job. Started work quickly, finished same day, and great communication throughout the project. Not only did they take care of the attic, they recommended a general contractor to me who did a great job replacing the siding and soffits on my house. Hopefully don't need insulation work done again, but if I do I will definitely go back and will recommend them to anyone I know who needs insulation install (or removed and installed as I needed).
Jimothy is a very nice, clearly honest, and knowledgable guy when it comes to insulation and ventilation. He came out to get a good look and take measurements of our existing insulation and didn’t charge. His team is easy to work with and they get a good job done very quickly! Highly recommend!!
Upgraded from R38 to R49 with blown fiberglasblown insulation. Extremely happy with the results. Most importantly, communication throughout the process was excellent. I’d definitely reach out to them again for any future attic insulation needs!

They deliver! After discovering them through Google Maps and calling to discuss my need for additional insulation, I was greeted by Fernando, who calmly and professionally guided me through technical aspects (which aligned accurately with my own research in the preceding days) and provided new insights during our conversation. My wife and I opted for spray foam instead of cellulose because we sought optimal insulation. Once we made the decision to proceed, they were available within a day! Their workers were focused and ensured proper coverage of my belongings in the attic. I am confident that I won't be paying a fortune for my electricity now. Highly recommended!
Strongly recommend! We got several quotes to clean out old insulation in our 1981 home + install new insulation. Due to extreme temperature swings in Texas, we decided spray foam would be the best way to go. Of the 5 quotes we got, Fernando and his team were the most reasonable. They were also very respectful of our property and incredibly thorough. Hope to never have to do this again, but if we do, I wouldn’t call anyone else!

Purchased a real fixer upper opportunity a few months ago. To make a long story short, the insulation around the walls, door, and windows was pretty much non existent, and I had the electricity and gas bills to prove it. These guys gave me a great quote and showed up the next day to begin work. For such a major job, it was very non invasive. Best if all, no fiberglass. Not only does my house retain heat and cold like never before, but it’s actually quieter in here. I can’t even hear the traffic I used to hear all the time. The work is guaranteed for longer than I’m going to be around, and this job will pay for itself within 2 years. It’s already paid for itself if you consider the value it’s added to my home! Great job, great service!

Koala did an amazing job spraying insulation under my house. They were on time and completed the work on time. They also followed my instructions on plumbing areas that I did not want the spray foam on. Plus they were the best on price and I got a bunch of estimates. I would highly recommend them.

Had a great experience working with them doing attic insulation! They did a great job, from showing up for a quote all the way to getting the job done with great quality at an exceptionally great price! The best part is that they offer something nobody else does: blown rockwool. My suggestion to everyone: ask ChatGPT (or other AIs) for a comparison table along with pros and cons for rockwool vs. fiberglass vs. cellulose. Looking for quality great price longevity durability performance, insulation commandos is the way to go
The insulation commandos showed up on time, had well maintained equipment, put down protective barriers on woodwork, and installed 1 ft of insulation in the Attic. They also helped remove some boxes that needed to come down from the attic and when they were done they cleaned up everything including the garage. The crew all had uniforms and were extremely courteous. He was a great experience!

I had a great experience from start to finish. Estimator/Service Advisor Jeffrey Stuart accommodated my schedule by coming out when it was convenient for me. I had an afternoon open, so rather than pushing it out a week so it wouldn't be so hot while he was measuring(I wouldn't have blamed him, summer's really been hanging around this year), he came right over. I was impressed with his manner, professionalism, and expertise, so much so that I pulled the trigger and accepted the proposal shortly after he left. Next up was scheduler/coordinator Gie. She was pleasant, courteous, and responsive, and made me feel that she was going to be super accountable and diligent. She did what she said when she said without the typical misses or postponements/excuses so common these days. Project manager Tyler clearly laid the process out, and stopped by before and after. He made sure I was pleased and had no unanswered questions or concerns. I was lucky enough to get the install done by the team of Aldo and Armando. Prompt, competent, tidy and as quiet as circumstances/machinery allowed. They were just great and I was super comfortable to have them working at my home. Price was very reasonable too. AC is running less and garage is outside temp+ 3 or 4 degrees; it had been +20-25. Top notch job and I couldn't be more pleased!
Our experience with Superior Attic was fabulous. We had Jonathan out to check out the attic and provide us with different options for keeping the home very cool. We decided to go with the spray foam insulation between the rafters. We have just completed a full week with new insulation and so far have noticed a difference, cant wait to see our bill lower. We also had duct cleaning done which was needed. Seamless process!! Had another project done, came out great!! Love the process.
Superior Attic did a wonderful job from start to finish on our insulation replacement. I was impressed with the level of professionalism displayed by the entire team, including Steven, Tyler, Aldo, Jamie and office staff. Great communication and on time. The day of the job, the team worked hard all day, no loud music, no shouting or lounging around - just worked hard and finished the job ahead of schedule. They did a great job on an attic remediation in McKinney for me. When I moved into the house, it had a severe rat problem and lots of droppings in the attic. They very thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the attic and replaced the insulation and installed a solar fan. So far I have noticed that my air conditioner is running about 3 hours less per day according to my thermostat. The garage and house are also much more comfortable. Sales approach was informative without being high pressure, which I appreciate as a homeowner. Overall fantastic experience and I would happily hire them again.
I recently had a full attic remediation done with Green Attics. Old insulation removed, new insulation added, a section of room foam insulated, a radiant barrier installed and a new solar attic fan installed. They also replaced a defective vent that was found during inspection. Ian and his crew did a FANTASTIC job! Ian was part of the project from start to finish and was always quality controlling the product and service. I highly recommends these folks for any attic or HVAC needs. My attic is already cooler than the outside temps and I expect a significant cost savings as we experience the Texas heat this summer! Thanks again for a job well done!

From start to finish, the project went well. Jody came out to give a quote and was thorough and gave recommendations without being pushy. Once the quote was confirmed, it was scheduled within two days. The crew arrived and handled the job quickly and with no issues. They were kind and handled business. We opted for the additional solar fans with the project. The roofing crew arrived promptly at the provided time, they worked well alongside the insulation crew and were also wrapped up quickly. Great, smooth experience on a project we’ve needed done.
I used this company to add some blown in insulation in my attic. Their team that came out were friendly, focused, and did a great job getting me to R-38. I look forward to lower utility bills.
Kevin and his team were great to work with. We have a 75 year old house - One unexpected benefit is that they completely vacuum out the old insulation and go back to the studs - and then seal with foam and then blow in the new. Maybe it's in my head but it was 95 out yesterday and the house was noticeably cooler. Great job.

Sooo.. I gotta be honest. I’m very, very hesitant about hiring anyone for my home services. I’ve let things go just due to the stress and logistics involved…I’ve also experienced a nightmare contractor or two.. so against that backdrop, I can confidently say that the whole Koala experience was definitely the best I’ve had in the 20 years of owning my home. Fantastic contractor. Great personalities, price, workmanship, and cleanup. I'm building a 3,200 square foot custom home that my wife and I have been planning and saving for for more than a decade. We knew we wanted foam insulation for the higher R-value, the better sealing against bugs, the efficiency gained from including the HVAC ducts within the insulated volume, and especially for the fringe benefit of having a sealed attic rather than a ventilated attic. We designed our house to make good use of this improved attic with a permanent stairway to the attic and an extra 1,000 square feet of usable floor space up there for very little extra effort or cost, enabled by the choice to use foam insulation. Not finished living space, but it could be converted to that in the future like people do up North with basements. So after framing was done, I started getting bids to find the best insulation contractor. First I tried another company that a friend recommended, but the owner gave me very little confidence and a price that was higher than I had anticipated. I tried a second company, but they gave me an even higher price, and had such aggressive personalities, I couldn't stand the thought of hiring them - it was sure to get ugly at some point. Shawn Ballard's company, Spray Foam Insulation of Texas, was the third bid I got. My wife found him from Google reviews. Shawn made a great impression over the phone. I asked him if I could look at the job he was working the day I called him. After he checked with the owner, he gave me the address. His crew was spraying a custom home that had a lot in common with mine. Michael was on the spray gun and was happy to show me the process. His skill and workmanship were excellent. Impressed with what I saw, I invited Shawn out to bid my house. I showed him all my unique concerns and requests, and he had solutions in mind for everything. So much more pleasant to interact with than either of the other competitors, and I knew the results would be great from the job site I visited. I was overjoyed to see that Shawn's price was nearly 30% lower than the competitors! Of course I hired him. I had to wait my turn in line, but after the three days it took to spray my house, the results still exceeded my expectations. The masking, spraying, and cleanup were all expert and thorough. They trimmed the foam nicely without damaging any wiring. They got the foam everywhere it needed to go and nowhere it shouldn't have. They insulated a few interior walls at my request for sound damping, insulated my garage, a couple of ceilings, and the attic has even more foam than I was expecting. All interactions were professional and pleasant. I can't recommend this company enough!
As a contractor myself I pay very close attention to detail when I hire other contractors. This crew did a phenomenal job on my 60 year old home! Our house was not an easy project, they had to vacuum out all the old cellulose, and then seal up the gables. We have a very low pitched roof, so most of the soffits were extremely hard to get to, but they took the time and effort to get all the way to the edge and properly insulate the entire roof. Im very happy with the outcome, and the price for the actual amount of work these guys put in was fantastic! Aside from the quality work, the crew were very friendly, showed me how the equipment worked and answered all the questions my curious mind had. Grateful I found them!

Spray Foam Genie sprayed two cabins for me from top to bottom. We went with open-cell foam in the walls and ceilings and closed-cell under the floor. The team had it finished and cleaned up in two days. They provided a printout with details at the end of the job. I can already tell the cabins are quieter and more comfortable. I’m looking forward to years of energy savings to come. I believe this is a good value for the money.

Building: 20x30’ ribbed metal on concrete pad. Professional company. The entire process from estimate to completion was simple and efficient. Our estimator, George, was very informative and kept me in the loop on everything. Crew of three were punctual and attentive and careful working around the property. The interior of the building was taped off and protected appropriately for overspray and everything was cleaned up before they left. I would recommend this company as a great option for any spray foam needs.
