Our attic just got a major upgrade with new insulation and a fresh start! Air sealing & insulation done right by M&A Insulating! We had the BEST experience with this company! Azeneth, the office manager, took the time to explain the process, the crew was clean and VERY respectful of our home. The job was completed in a timely manner with minimal disruption. The work was done thoroughly, with high attention to detail (Mr. Fernando was on it! 💯 ) and after they left we felt a noticeable improvement in our home comfort! #winwin We shopped around and received several quotes and compared “apples to apples.” I was blown away at the VALUE M&A Insulating provided over leading competitors. We received MORE insulation R49 (17 inches) and ended up paying less than what we were quoted from leading competitors in our area offering R38 (14 inches) insulation! Wow….it pays to do your homework! Reliable. Honest. Transparent. M&A Insulating didn’t try to upsell and clearly they had the best pricing, provided overall value and top notch customer service! I am SO blessed to have found this company!

Hired these guys to install radiant barrier in my attic. Went ahead and decided to bring my insulation up to 18" as well. Jimothy shared some great information and explained our options with the pros/cons of each option along with the costs. No high pressure sales at all. Cristian and Kenneth were professional, communicated well about their timing, showed up on time, and truly seemed glad to be here doing a job I was not willing to do myself!! They were very helpful connecting some exhaust fan vents to the roof vents and worked quickly blowing in the insulation. They also cleaned up the minimal mess they made. Good job guys. Koala did an amazing job spraying insulation under my house. They were on time and completed the work on time. They also followed my instructions on plumbing areas that I did not want the spray foam on. Plus they were the best on price and I got a bunch of estimates. I would highly recommend them.

We needed to add insulation to our new house (a 25 year old attic with barely any insulation) and sat through several vendor presentations on spray foam, radiant barrier, etc. Once we met with Koala, I knew their no nonsense approach was right for us. Called the night before to confirm FCFS delivery arrived at 730 am next morning really nice guys — a little tight to get into and doc but manageable— put me in doc unloaded in about and hour! Would totally come back again— TY CLS much appreciated 👍🇺🇸

We delivered to the company and they are first come first served and they apparently overbooked deliveries for the day so we had a little bit of a wait. Very surprisingly, a gentleman working there (didn’t catch his name) walked out to our truck and apologized for the delay, which doesn’t happen often in trucking. Not only did her apologize, but he gave us a gift card. Let me also mention that there were three 53 foot trailers ahead of ours and they only were using one dock. We were still gone within three hours and they were unloading nonstop without a break which we were so appreciative of. I will never turn down a load to this place. A +++++++
