They did a great job for me. The employees were very professional and truly cared about doing a good job. I haven’t received an electric bill since the job was finished but the attic is significantly cooler than it was and I’m expecting a significantly lower electric bill.

Found this company on Google and gave them a try, glad I did. I needed the rim joists of my crawlspace spray foamed and I was having trouble getting companies to come out. Much less the ones who to even quote me a small job. Not only did New Leaf come do the job at a great price they were here to inspect and give an estimate in less than 30 minutes after I called. That's a customer focused business. The actual work was done the same week and by all accounts did above and beyond what they said they would do as far as coverage and depth. To top it off they located a small point of water intrusion in a rim joist for me that I fixed ahead of the work. Considering the crawlspace company that encapsulated the crawlspace with a name ending with one commonly know for blenders these days was in there a half dozen times trying to find an intrusion point never was able to find it. Great guys that do great work for a great price. Thanks again for everything.

New Leaf Sprayfoam took on my small job at a very affordable price. They were very neat and cleaned up so well that you wouldn’t even have known they were there. I highly recommend.

Larry is one of the good contractors in Charleston!! (those are becoming scarce!) I would not hesitate to hire him and his company again, and I cannot recommend them enough for spray foam insulation. Larry knows building science, he is prompt & courteous, he won't up-sell you more than you need, and most importantly he keeps his word. We used Affordable to spray foam our 2 attic spaces with open-cell foam. One also houses our air conditioner and the other is a storage space. The whole experience was very easy and we are completely happy. Update 1/17/24: we hired Larry to spray closed cell foam on the walls of our crawlspace as part of our encapsulation project. The walls are brick so not easy to seal. Came out great!!

Larry and his crew are great guys! He answered all the questions I had when he came out to look at the space I needed insulated. Everyone on the crew was so nice and did a great job with the spray. If/when we do our crawlspace, definitely using them again.

Larry was great to work with from start to finish. For anyone wondering how well the product works....it’s amazing. My unit barely runs because once the target temp is reached...it holds it really well. All of a sudden, the attic is a temperature controlled space now, so the storage possibilities are not limited like before. Larry is a straight shooter and everything went exactly as planned. I chose him after speaking and getting quotes from 3 other companies. Don’t waste your time time and call this company 1st.
