Erick communicated well, explained the work clearly, and provided detailed, itemized lists of what he proposed and what each thing would cost. We put the project on hold for more than a year while some other things worked out and he was able to pick right back up where he left off. Greenstone took care of researching the power company incentives and did all the filing - I only needed to sign a single form. That was great. When the appointment was scheduled we got a heads-up who was coming, the crew came on time, they were willing to explain the steps they were going to go through, and they took good care of our place while they were here. The attic ceiling access is in a carpeted closet and it lookied like they were prepared to make it a biohazard clean room with all the plastic sheeting and temporary wall supports they put up to contain the dust etc. They cleaned up so well I didn't even need to vaccuum that carpet. The workers were friendly, and on the post-install walkaround I requested that they seal off a couple of the access panels with caulking because we don't use them often and they are too flimsy to properly fit weather stripping. The crew chief pulled the team back in to take care of it right away even though they had been waiting for 20 or so minutes for my meeting to end. The price was a little more than we were hoping to pay, but it was similar to the other two quotes we got. The service exceeded my expectations and so far the results have been good. we were the only ones with frost on our roof this morning in the neighborhood.

Roman and his crew insulated my attic today and it went great. Everything was done professionally and I felt like they really knew what they were doing. Would recommend to friends and family, and can't express enough how pleased I am with the job they did. Thank you!

After a Peco Energy audit of our home, we chose to go with Green Stone for the weatherization project. It included airsealing the attic, installing baffles over the soffit, blown insulation to R49 and insulating the hatch. Additionally the basement was also sealed with spray foam. I cannot say anything about the energy saving because the project was just completed a day ago. However the process was very smooth and satisfying. Jamal inspected the home and wrote up the proposal in a timely manner. Daniel and his crew did the work. They were easy to work with, answered all questions and cleaned up after finishing the job. Very satisfied with the entire process.

So, I didn't have them install my insulation, but I did interact with the company. Their crew was passing by my house when I wasn't home, and they clipped my mailbox. This has happened several times since the oil and chips expanded the road, but these guys were the first people to stop and let me know. I wasn't home so they left a note. When I called in, they were very apologetic and offered to pay for the repair. I couldn't accept, because no one else that has hit the mailbox even cared. Plus, it was already damaged so I couldn't in good conscious have them pay. But it is this sort of stuff shows that this company will stand behind their work, and if I hadn't just had my house insulated, I would be scheduling with them.

If 10 stars was an option I’d have given them all 10! From my first conversation and site visit I knew instantly I wanted to spend my money with this company. Everyone I dealt with from the owner to the installers are all top notch honest people.

I had 3 companies quote insulation for exactly the same thing. Their pricing was within a few dollars of another quote for a company I didn't like as much. They air sealed 2 of my attics, blew to R38 in both attics, air sealed & insulated my crawl space and also blew insulation into my garage ceiling. They were efficient workers and their quality exceeded my expectations. I feel I got an excellent value and they responded and performed the work quickly.
