Had Casey out to take a look at my attic and come up with a plan to reduce humidity and lower cost of heating and cooling. He did just that. His crew along with Casey were some of the best contractors I have ever seen. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. If you need insulation done in your home do not risk going with anyone else. If I could give 10 stars I would.
I was impressed with their professionalism after they did an energy audit thru PPL when they provided details on how to improve energy efficiency in our home. The crew came and completed the job in 2 days and each day Zach took the time to show and explain what was completed. When sealing the band joist they found and removed an ants nest- we haven’t had ants in our kitchen since!! Bonus. When they insulated the attic a wire was cut so they brought in an electrician who fixed it and also fixed some faulty switches in our kitchen that hadn’t worked in years- no charge. Casey took care of the paperwork and we received the maximum PPL rebate. Overall wonderful experience!
Great company to work with. I had an energy audit done, and Casey gave clear suggestions for updating my home insulation based on the results. The work was done on schedule by very considerate and professional workers, Paul and Maddox. After the work was complete (1 day’s work) they did a new blower test and the results showed a 30% improvement. Well worth the investment!

When I initially called the office person was very polite and friendly. She answered questions, asked appropriate questions and was able to schedule an appointment. They came and looked then came back and removed all the old fiberglass insulation. Then they sprayed insulation exactly as promised. There was almost no clean-up and almost no smell. We were out of the house at the time of the spraying but was able to be back inside within a couple hours. Good Job!
I contacted Dan to spray closed cell foam in my salvage yard shop. The walls had irregular/modified construction that complicated the installation of conventional insulation. This was the solution to my issues - we noticed an immediate change in the building regarding cooling during this heat wave. AND, moisture issues, rodents and insect issues are gone. This was a huge improvement to this old building. AND, it is clear that the structural capacity has improved. The crew whom applied this material were very proficient and skilled. I found York Home Performance on Facebook. I was familiar with the home energy audit program through BGE from a former home. York was very friend and got me scheduled for an audit. They gave me a reminder call and text the day before. Cooper came out to do the audit. He was very professional and thorough. He showed me all the areas of my home that they were checking and explained why. They even checked to make sure my furnace was operating efficiently and not emitting to much dangerous carbon monoxide or leaking propane. After the audit he emailed me a whole document with recommendations to improve my home's efficiency. They broke down 3 options good, better and best and told me about rebates and tax credits available. They got me a huge discount (about 75%) using BGE rebates. They collect the rebates directly from BGE so I only have to pay what's left. They even have 1 year 0% financing program available. The BGE rebate program is great and I highly recommend it to everyone. Afterall, you pay for it in every electric bill so you might as well take advantage l. That's what the EmPower Maryland charge is for! I highly recommend that you have York Home Performance do your audit.

Liberty Insulation is the "Best"! I mean they are fantastic! Mr. Herman is very knowledgeable in his work. He doesn't do the job with out explaining what the job consists of to you. Very detailed, and very honest with pricing. Liberty Insulation are very good, friendly and reasonable in price too! The finished job is excellent and exceptional. Fast Unloading in less than 45 minutes. The only reason I gave a 4 star review is because of the tight space for a 53 ft wheeler. There’s parked box trucks and cars everywhere. Gotta be very careful
Hired them to blow insulation into old walls, but they were missing a part to drill into the walls so they had to get the part at Lowes which created a delay (which was a non issue), but then the drill wore out so they used a hammer to break through my drywall which made it difficult to finish as their styrofoam discs would not fit tight. Was told by sales and verified the day before that installers were to plug and spackle the holes and I only had to sand and paint. This was not done so I had to spackle myself and had to go over it several times due to the larger holes. Installers did not have appropriate equipment so several unnecessary holes were put into the wall. Called to inform them of the frustration and they took it as constructive feedback and had no remorse.
