I found York Home Performance on Facebook. I was familiar with the home energy audit program through BGE from a former home. York was very friend and got me scheduled for an audit. They gave me a reminder call and text the day before. Cooper came out to do the audit. He was very professional and thorough. He showed me all the areas of my home that they were checking and explained why. They even checked to make sure my furnace was operating efficiently and not emitting to much dangerous carbon monoxide or leaking propane. After the audit he emailed me a whole document with recommendations to improve my home's efficiency. They broke down 3 options good, better and best and told me about rebates and tax credits available. They got me a huge discount (about 75%) using BGE rebates. They collect the rebates directly from BGE so I only have to pay what's left. They even have 1 year 0% financing program available. The BGE rebate program is great and I highly recommend it to everyone. Afterall, you pay for it in every electric bill so you might as well take advantage l. That's what the EmPower Maryland charge is for! I highly recommend that you have York Home Performance do your audit.

Fast Unloading in less than 45 minutes. The only reason I gave a 4 star review is because of the tight space for a 53 ft wheeler. There’s parked box trucks and cars everywhere. Gotta be very careful

Hired them to blow insulation into old walls, but they were missing a part to drill into the walls so they had to get the part at Lowes which created a delay (which was a non issue), but then the drill wore out so they used a hammer to break through my drywall which made it difficult to finish as their styrofoam discs would not fit tight. Was told by sales and verified the day before that installers were to plug and spackle the holes and I only had to sand and paint. This was not done so I had to spackle myself and had to go over it several times due to the larger holes. Installers did not have appropriate equipment so several unnecessary holes were put into the wall. Called to inform them of the frustration and they took it as constructive feedback and had no remorse.
