Sarah was delightful, professional and dedicated to making sure all area's of my home were inspected and taken care of. Albert and Ian did a wonderful job with installing all energy savings measures and the improvements have made a tremendous difference. My home is SO Snug now. Working with Snug Planet has been great, the receptionist is so nice, the work done is perfect. Snug Planet recently sealed up our crawlspace after noticing some moisture problems during an energy audit. The team did a wonderful job sealing and insulating the entire crawlspace and it only took them two days. We have noticed a large improvement on the quality of our indoor are and can feel the floor and crawlspace area are warmer because of the insulation. They did a great efficient job of a very difficult task. I highly recommend their services.

Snug Planet did a home energy audit for us and then installed insulation and sealed the rim joists in our basement. Heather, the young expert who performed the audit, was prompt, professional, and communicated the issues and tradeoffs very clearly. She checked on one possible remedy with a more experienced colleague and determined that it would not be worth the money. I appreciated that. The installation team did a great job and was careful to clean up after. Paul, the team leader, pointed out that some of the spray foam stuck to our basement carpet. He was willing to pay for a replacement, but it’s a ratty old carpet in the basement. No problem. Best of all, our house is now noticeably warmer. Last night I checked our bedroom temperature more than 4 hours after the thermostat had turned off for the night. Even though the outside temp was 38F, the inside temperature had dropped only 2 degrees.
