We recently completed a commercial project in the City of Niagara Falls with United Thermal Systems. I would like to commend the efforts of the entire company in with their professional mannerisms. USA Insulation just did a fantastic job of insulating our attic and basement. Their crew of five friendly young installers worked quickly to make our home snug and energy efficient. They even moved some heavy items we couldn't move ourselves and went out of their way to repair a hole in our ceiling Sheetrock. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Recently had Don and his crew re-side my entire house. Very professional and holy cow, it was done in just 3 days. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone for anything they need done.

We recently just had our house fully insulated and our house was built in 1954. Our house had no insulation and we would freeze during the winter or be very warm in the house during the summer. Now with all the insulation done is so nice and comfortable. We would be normally at 78 degrees in the house with central air and now we are at 68 and nice and cool. The service was incredible. Great job cleaning everything up and the guys worked all day non stop in this heat we had this past month. Josh, Johnny and Tim were very friendly and helpful during the whole process. The gentleman Dan who came to check out everything was done correctly was very informative And polite. Highly recommend this service. Our windows are old and just can’t get over how comfortable our house is and the quietness from not hearing everything outside. The sound barrier is amazing now. We hear nothing going outside. Please use them you will be happy!!!

This company was a joy to work with. Susan in the office was super kind and helpful every time we spoke. Alex handled our assessment and project planning with integrity and professionalism. Mike, Chad, and Aiden who did the actual insulation/soffit vents, etc, were very friendly, hard working, cleaned up the work area, and finished in one day. I appreciate the smaller size of the company and how transparent and “non-salesy” they were. Highly recommend!

What a great investment to your home. I collected some data and as you can see the spray foam in the basement made a huge difference. Temperature is 4-5 degrees warmer, humidity down 10%. For accuracy here are the details of the data: 1- placed a sensor push thermometer in basement 4 feet from wall , 4 feet off ground. Temp & humidity was measured in 5 min intervals and I used the daily average to nearest degree 2- basement heat vents were open up until the work was done. Closed after (1/22 & 1/23) 3- my house is generally kept between 63 at night to 66 if we are home during the day 4- on 1/20 I moved the sensor up onto the actual rim joist which is why the average is so low 5- humidity decreased 10 percent and I no longer run 2 dehumidifiers, just 1. Very easy process, great employees. Dylan was very helpful and polite. Not a pushy salesman but one who used facts and information. Work crew was respectful of home, even offering to clean my floor before leaving. Chuck and his partner (can’t recall name) were very attentive to detail and made sure work was done right.

AB Insulation is by far the best at what they do. My son and I had a number of insulators give us estimates (one didn’t even bother to call back or email their estimate) but AB Insulation was immediate. They sent us the invoice, scheduled the insulation and did an amazing job. I was over my son‘s house the other day and took a look at what they’ve done. They were thorough. They clean up the areas very well and insulated areas that would have possibly caused heat to escape the home. They recommended cellulose which they placed in every area that they could, and then when there was an area that would not hold the cellulose, they placed traditional blow in fiber insulation into those areas. AB Insulation are not only professional, but extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Their communication is outstanding and they answered every question we had. Sarah was delightful, professional and dedicated to making sure all area's of my home were inspected and taken care of. Albert and Ian did a wonderful job with installing all energy savings measures and the improvements have made a tremendous difference. My home is SO Snug now. Working with Snug Planet has been great, the receptionist is so nice, the work done is perfect. Snug Planet recently sealed up our crawlspace after noticing some moisture problems during an energy audit. The team did a wonderful job sealing and insulating the entire crawlspace and it only took them two days. We have noticed a large improvement on the quality of our indoor are and can feel the floor and crawlspace area are warmer because of the insulation. They did a great efficient job of a very difficult task. I highly recommend their services.

Snug Planet did a home energy audit for us and then installed insulation and sealed the rim joists in our basement. Heather, the young expert who performed the audit, was prompt, professional, and communicated the issues and tradeoffs very clearly. She checked on one possible remedy with a more experienced colleague and determined that it would not be worth the money. I appreciated that. The installation team did a great job and was careful to clean up after. Paul, the team leader, pointed out that some of the spray foam stuck to our basement carpet. He was willing to pay for a replacement, but it’s a ratty old carpet in the basement. No problem. Best of all, our house is now noticeably warmer. Last night I checked our bedroom temperature more than 4 hours after the thermostat had turned off for the night. Even though the outside temp was 38F, the inside temperature had dropped only 2 degrees.

Quote was very straight forward. They went above and beyond to work with a DIY'er. Office staff was super responsive and pleasant. Perhaps most importantly, the install was smooth and perfectly done. Their installer (JT) was great.

Hello ! We recently had new gutters, downspouts and Gutter Helmets installed by MIG. It was a pleasure working with Derek from the sales team…he did a great job reviewing the options for our situation, was not pushy, always professional and was willing to answer any questions or concerns along the way…great guy! We had Gutter Helmets installed on the back of our house almost 20 years ago and were in the process of also getting a new roof and needed them removed for the roofers to do their installation. John and Nate came to remove the helmets, did a great job, were quick and efficient, great guys! I was always curious how effective the helmets performed over time and was pleasantly surprised to see the inside of the gutters we had removed were pretty much empty except for the usual gritty run off from the shingles over time. This post is also a testament to the effectiveness of the Gutter Helmets as well…we had Leaf Filter installed on the front of our house and although they make a quality product, based on the track record we experienced with the Gutter Helmets for almost 20 years of use, I had MIG remove them and install Gutter Helmets on the front of the house as well! We were fortunate to have John and Nate come back to re-install the Gutter Helmets, install the new ones and also install new gutters and downspouts as well…they work very well together, were clean, efficient and willing to answer any questions I had along the way…they do a great job at their trade! I was referred to MIG Insulation by a friend. Mike the sales person came and quoted the job was very professional and knowledgeable. I was quoted a good price. I was presented with a detail summary of what work would be done. Today the crew showed up Andy, Sean, Pete, and Antoine were courteous professional. Andy kept me informed step-by-step of what he was doing with the Insulation and resolving some vent issues. Andy was very knowledgeable, Thorough and precise on what needed to be done. I highly recommend MIG and it’s crew if you’re looking for professional first rate job.

I should start with fact that I'm a building inspector. I see every level of workmanship... or lack thereof. We bought a derelict house to fix up and help restore a neighborhood. We knew it would be an uphill battle. When we removed the drywall to insulate, it was apparent that every stud cavity dimension was different. Spray foam insulation wasn't in the budget, but it was the only viable solution. We obtained six quotes for the roof, walls, and band joists. Derek Minscher(?) from MIG gave us a quote, plus great advice and helped obtain a grant to offset the emergency in our budget. The crew they sent to apply the spray foam was amazing. George (pretty sure it was really Jorge) and James got straight to work, protected every surface and made certain conditions were optimal for the application. James sprayed and George made sure that there was no spray anywhere but where it belonged. These guys worked hard and efficiently- every move was measured. They worked steadily, politely and without comment or complaint. They were a finely tuned machine. I'm used to being underwhelmed lately, so getting this effort was a really big deal. After witnessing their professionalism, I had the same crew insulate an addition on my own home. I recommend, without reservation, MIG for closed cell insulation.
