Spray Foam Insulation in Hickory, NC

I recently hired Spray Foam Insulation Solutions of Hickory for my home insulation and was very impressed with their service. Marty, the owner was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions and took the time to discuss the benefits of spray-foam insulation. The crew that came out to install insulation was efficient, prompt, and respectful of my home. The crew was efficient and respectful of my property. Since the insulation was installed, I've noticed an improvement in my home's temperature and comfort. I also look forward to seeing my energy bills drop due to the additional insulation. Friendly place and a fast unload. Kind of confused why I had to come in and wait inside and other driver got to sit in his truck.

Seems like fast paced. Checked in and got a dock instantly. After I came to sign the paperwork she said I have to sit and wait till a forklift driver get it from me. He came quite fast. I was told I have to sit and wait till they are finished loading the trailer. I don't see what the big problem is.

DO NOT WORK HERE!!! They lied to me about the hours and they lied to me about the pay. I was told they worked 8 sometimes 10 hours A-day and I could bring home anywhere between $1,250 to $2,500 bi-weekly. But they will happily work you 12 to 13 Hours A-day with no notice whatsoever and the most I've brought home is $1,124 but on average I made just under $1,000. Case in point- one month after flipping one of their large box trucks due to weather/road conditions which I was very lucky to walk away from, They worked me 12 and a half hours then stuck me in a motel across the street from a train track (so no sleep) Went back to finish the job from the day before which took 3 hours. Tired and weary as hell I sat in the truck for an hour waiting for them to figure out where to send us next. When they gave us the address to the next job I saw on the GPS it was a 4 hour and 20 min drive to the next job. I explained that after working Sun up to Sun down the day before and not getting any sleep I was burnt out and in no condition to drive that kind of distance. They basically told me it is what it is. So since I was scheduled off the next day and the shop was an hour closer i was heading back there . They basically told me if I did that we would have to part ways. I told them I thought that would be best. So they let me go because I wasn't willing to risk my life and the lives of everyone on the road around me for a $500 paycheck which i used to get for flipping burgers at longhorn steakhouse. Which I quit for their promise of more money. They showed complete and total disregard for the safety and well-being of their employees and those on the road around them. They should be ashamed of themselves! I could give you a list of other reasons why you don't want to work there but trust me, YOU DON'T!
