One of the options provided by my Duke Energy Home Energy Report. Standard Insulating Company were very easy to work with, honest about the services I needed and also provided them at a great cost. The original technician was not pushy at all and was clearly there to help me and walk me through what I needed and didn't need and provided good dialogue throughout the process. My actual appointment was very easy to schedule, the workers showed up early and got the work done very quick. I had a heat barrier added, my insulation up to code and they also added a cover over my attic access. Highly recommend working with them for any insulation needs!

I hired Home shield to encapsulate my crawlspace. Their personnel were very professional, hardworking and completed the job in two days for a very reasonable price. I got six quotes with Home Shield being the last one. I'm glad I did not cancel the appointment. I recommend this company they did a great job.

We called and a representative came out quickly. We thought the price was reasonable for insulating our garage walls and ceiling. They scheduled us to be done within a few days. The crew was friendly and did a nice job. They kept it clean and neat. The job was finished in one day.

Had USA Insulation of Charlotte insulate our garage, foam in wall cavities and blown in R38 above through the attic floor into the ceiling. The crew was cautious of our home and cleaned up well. From scheduling to install it was very smooth and the garage workshop is now nearly 30 degrees warmer than the outside temp. I look forward to it being cooler in the summer as well!

We are so happy we chose USA Insulation to reinsulate our attic and seal our duct work. We shopped around a bit and found them to be the most comprehensive and affordable. Everyone we spoke with from quote, to scheduling, to service was very professional, responsive, and kind. They found an issue when they came to give an estimate and sent someone out first thing to resolve it before our actual service date. It definitely saved us a lot of $ on heating and air. Nicole was super helpful with scheduling. Conner and team did a great job and made sure everything was sparkling clean before they left. They were very kind to our dogs, too! Our house is noticeably much cooler after they sealed everything up and added insulation. Highly recommend!

Fantastic job insulating our home. It was a large job removing all of the 14 year old Batt insulation and spray foaming the multiple attic crevasses . It made a dramatic difference in the temperature control of our second floor! Even the A/C technician stated that our unit will run much more efficiently and last longer. The installers were extremely respectful and cared for our newly finished Walnut wood floors. Don’t call anyone else!

Koala Insulation has a great crew! James came out and quoted the job for spray foam one of only a few that actually sent me the qoute without me having to hound them. Once we decided to move forward the process was super easy James got us on the schedule quickly. Mario did a great job in coming out spraying the room and making it look great. He listened to my request to not shave down the ceiling and I couldn't be happier with the end product! They did a great job cleaning up and left the space in good order when they were done! 10/10 recommend them for all your insulation needs!

We had a crawlspace dehumidifier installed by Tim and his crew they were polite and very professional they did a great job on the vapor barrier. Stoney and his crew installed our whole house dehumidifier they too were very polite and professional and did a great job.

Tyler and coworker fixed my ac unit that I thought I would have to replace. I’ve been very stressed about it. Turns out all vents were CLOSED or barely opened since January 2023 from painters closing them. No wonder power bill has been sky high. Handled insulation on a new construction home for us. Great price! The crew arrived and completed all of the work in a timely manner and our sales rep was very attentive!

We have used ABS for insulation construction jobs in the past and have not been disappointed. We are finishing a walk out basement and recently hired them to do the insulation. Keith came out promptly to estimate and even with the current manpower shortage was able to get us scheduled pretty quickly after a few texts back and forth. The basement was poorly insulated by the original builder and not up to current standards. Rick and Joel arrived on time and did an excellent job. They placed fiberglass cavity insulation and sealed the conditioned space with house wrap and sealants. They even sealed gaps between studs. When they were done, they cleaned up and got rid of any garbage. I do most of my own work and am GCing this project since it’s hard to get contractors right now. Insulation can be itchy and dirty work (I break out easily from the fiberglass). It is well worth the cost to have pros come out and get it done and up to code the right way. What took them a day would have taken me at least three or four. I was able to schedule inspections for the following day and can move on to the next step of our finish. Thanks!

My husband and I used this company to put new gutters on our older home and we were extremely unsatisfied. The first red flag came when they showed up unannounced. Later that day, after they packed up and left, my husband and I walked around the house to check out our new gutters; as we were walking around, we noticed a piece of our siding was broken behind one of the downspouts. Luckily, we had an extra piece so we replaced it ourselves. Also, we found nails and screws all over our yard, driveway, and in the street. We spent about 30 minutes picking up after them so we (and our neighbors) wouldn't get flat tires on our lawn mower or vehicles. My husband took the ladder out to take a closer look at the gutters and noticed the fascia board (the wood that the gutters attach to) is rotten in a bunch of places which is very concerning. Pender and Pettus should have called us to let us know we needed our wood replaced before putting brand new gutters on. After all this was done, my husband emailed the man who was helping us to let him know of these concerns. We never received an email or phone call back. At the very least we should have got an apology or an email expressing how Pender and Pettus is sorry that we weren't satisfied or how they would address our concerns. I would highly encourage people to NOT use this company. Maybe they are good with new construction but I would not trust them on my home ever again.

A truly great experience. My home is so warm In the winter and I know it’s because of the insulation Austin Co. put in my home. Not to Mention the gutters are top notch. No rain escapes from them. Do your home a favor, call Austin if you need insulation or gutters.

They were on time, courteous, answered all the questions I had and took a lot of care to cover all the walls, floors, and appliances.
