I can’t speak more highly about Bruce as a person of integrity, business professional and upstanding hospitality. We scheduled for him to install blow in insulations in my basement walls. Upon inspection, he advised me that it would cause my mold issues down the road. Because of faulty job done before the drywall was installed. Bruce and his team put in attic insulation for us last week. From start to finish, Bruce was open and honest about what he felt our house needed. I went into this thinking the entire house would need insulation, but during the quote he let me know that was not the case. I had gotten three quotes and his price was reasonable and frankly the best. I didn’t choose him because of this, though. I selected him because I felt he was open to answering any and all questions, even beyond scope of insulation. Day of the install he and his team arrived on time. They put up barriers to keep personal items clean from debris, and then cleaned up the workspace after. The two men he had with him were kind and respectful of our home. During the process it was noticed our bathroom vent wasn’t setup to properly vent. The team was able to add that on and fixed same day. While it’s too early to notice a difference in our energy bills, I have noticed we don’t hear as many house settling noises in our living room - so it must be doing something! Thank you Bruce and Team!
