I had Air Tight Insulators fully insulate my attic, as well as both the first and second floors of my home, and I couldn’t be happier with their work. They were punctual, even arriving a little early and waiting until the scheduled time to start. Throughout the entire process, they were courteous and mindful of my home, taking care to cover all areas they walked through. The team did a fantastic job cleaning up, both inside and outside, making sure no insulation was left behind. Their attention to detail and professionalism were top-notch. This was my second time working with Air Tight Insulators and, by request, I had Nery and his crew again. Nery and his team are incredible — they are nice, personable, professional, efficient and clean! I hired Sure Seal of NE from a strong recommendation of another excellent local business (Advanced Energy Concepts-Auburn MA) and placed a call to the owner, Francis "Fran" LaPlante. From the first conversation to completion of the project I have been very satisfied with each part of the job. Fran understood my budget and provided several options to consider and the pros and cons of each. Fran and his team showed up on time, were polite, efficient , thorough and clean. For such a sticky and potentially messy material he left my entire house cleaner than when he left. After completing the spraying he went room to room even checking the closets to make sure he didn't leave any stray foam. After inspecting the finished project I was impressed at how uniformed and air tight my attic now was. I recently had sure seal insulate my daughter house. Fran was great to deal with, unbelievably professional. Did everything he said he would do and then some. Went way above and beyond knows the definition of customer service. The installation was nice neat and clean, perfect. Left the house spotless.

Roland and Steve arrived on time, were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They tested the EV charger before they finished and gave me some useful tips on its operation. Finished much earlier than advertised and, based on my assessment, left the home in neat, good condition. Highly recommend!

Steve and Roland came over to install an EV Charger in the pouring rain, they were rockstars. Got it done in no time at all, super friendly and safe. Charger looks great and works perfectly.

Richie’s insulation just installed gutters on our garage in Tiverton and cleaned the house gutters as well. It was a first class experience all the way. Tiffany in the office is a consummate professional who really gets what customer service is all about. The owner (Richie himself!) came to the house to make sure that everything was up to snuff. The installers, Jorge & Derek, were fantastic, very polite, efficient and meticulous. Great company and great experience!

A huge shout out to this business. Three years ago we contracted them to insulate our summer home. This year we moved in year-round. We discovered that an architectural anomaly involving a step down allowed a breach in the enclosure. I made a single call and service was provided.
