Very happy with insulation job. Did a combo closed-cell spray for for external walls and rockwool for all internal walls. The team was in and out in a day and kept everything clean. Great quality and competitive pricing.

The estimator, Jon Pierre, was very informative with excellent advice on insulation type and installation process. Eduard and Bruno arrived on schedule and did an excellent job. We ran into an issue of a solid wall section which could not be reached for insulation. But I was quickly informed of the issue so there was no problem. All wall openings were plugged with Styrofoam as expected and the worksite was left clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend Mass Pro Insulation to anyone needing this service!

First, I would like to start with Jean our estimator and his knowledge and suggestions are fantastic. I cannot believe the difference in my house already even on the first day after of the foam insulation being sprayed in.. My attic and crawlspaces and rim board what a fantastic job. Everything’s nice and clean the heat retention is unbelievable.. The day they did the spray foam was fairly cold and windy, but I had shut off my furnace because it was located near the rim board and we had it protected with plastic tarp and I also wanted the windows open to help with some ventilation so I shut my furnace off in the morning. The temperature of the house was 70°. The windchill had it in the 30s outside. when they finish that afternoon, left around 3:30 I closed my windows. I left the furnace off overnight when I returned the next morning the temperature in my old house only dropped to 67°. I was truly astonished. I’ve been in this house for 28 years, it’s an old Cape house the original on this entire neighborhood property and I know in the past the temperature in my house would’ve been down in the 50s.. So I want to thank them for a fantastic job. I’m very clean process friendly technicians. They did a wonderful job removing all of my old insulation that was starting to show signs of mold and Also, vacuuming out all the loose sprayed insulation . My attic is so clean now and cozy. I could put a nice plywood flooring and use that for extra storage.. Jean, thanks for your knowledge guys. I appreciate the professionalism and the friendliness.. To a job well done I would hire you again in a second.

The Neeco Crew 4 - JR, Juan and Ismael had worked the last day 2 days at our Scituate, MA home insulating the attic with duct sealing, propavent, added 6 inch fiberglass batting. They also took care of our attic door in our room over garage with 2 inch thermal barrier and the kneewall with 2 inch thermal barrier as well. Sealed gaps in the bedroom with dormers in the small closets. Crew 4 took care of adding a bath fan hose and a new attic stair cover. They also took care of the exterior doors with free weatherstripping. The energy savings are real even with our 15 year home we built. This crew was professional and experienced in this type of work. Very grateful for the work they did. I recommend them to any homeowner. This will save us $ during the winter and summer for sure. Greatly appreciated!

After the energy assessment gained from Mass Save, my partner and I decided to change some major home appliances like AC, water heaters, Inductions stove from them to reduce energy use. We got rebates and were grateful!

I'm so glad I had Rob from Lamothe do our spray foam insulation job on this project. Rob is like an artist with the foam. We have had other contractors do foam insulation on some other property's we own and none of them compared to the work Rob did. Great company! They were on schedule and on point with the contract. The house stays so warm that I leave my thermostat on 65 and the place is more than comfortable. They cleaned up nice afterwards.

I had the Santos Group insulate my crawl space under my dining room. It was a small job, which most other companies would not even look at. Robert Whitmyer promptly returned my initial call, scheduled a time to look at and quote the job. All of this was accomplished in a very timely manner. Follow up was seamless also with the quote and scheduling the work. The day the job was scheduled, Robert kept me informed of the crew's arrival time as they were hampered by the weather on another small job that day.
