Spray Foam Insulation in Woonsocket, RI

Just finished up day 1 of 2 on a full house insulation job (attic, basement, all exterior walls). Crew was early, personable, respectful, fast, and just overall great. We couldn't have possibly asked for anything better. Will update if anything changes tomorrow, but I have zero expectations that it will. Great company. Follow up: Day 2 was the same. Great crew, great company.

I just had my attic insulated by them. I have to say that I am impressed. Communication was great and they showed up on time. The crew that showed up were very professional, did a great job with the prep work to keep the house clean and minimized dust. I am also quite pleased with the workmanship.

Our home was built in the 1940's and sits on Mount Hope Bay. In the wintertime, the wind hitting the house makes it sound like the building is flying at 35,000 feet. The job by USA Insulation was done right and we're quite happy with the results! Already noticed a decrease in the noise! The crew was great - very professional and courteous! Really nice guys. My ranch house built in 1967 is a complete turn around! Before insulation my heat came on about every 20 minutes now it comes on over an hour or so. Matthew Miller my sales person was on top of my job at all times. The oinsulation installation crew were amazing. When they arrived at my house they got right to work, worked very hard. When they were finished I could not tell that they were ever there. Ps...I was a contractor for 50 years

Let me start by informing you that the team started to prepare the job to do the Spray Foam Insulation and recognize that I had mold in my attic. The team had stopped and showed me their concerns we were able to address it have the attic completely free of mold. Then the team return and accommodated my family and I schedule to complete the process. I have then referred them to serval of my family and friends. Tremendous work ethics and quality work and reasonably priced

Communicative, consciencious, and reliable. John and Bethany were extremely clear about what they will do for each part of the home, communicated progress, and always showed up and performed the work in a timely fashion. John even went above and beyond to give us his professional opinion on parts of the home which is not within the scope of the current work. So happy we worked with them for our home insulation!

The company and owner are fantastic. Through no fault of either party, mass save scheduled them early but they were positive and said they’d be back. When the time was right they came back and worked hard for two days to do all the insulation in our house and attic. They explained everything and left the house clean of debris. Would recommend them and would use them again 100%

I have a different experience than the 2 reviews already here. Mass Save uses them and I thought everything was ok. After they came to do the work, I saw they didn't clean up as well as I would have expected. When they blow insulation into your house, they have to drill holes through the siding into each stud bay. They left the scrap wood they drilled out, all around the outside on the ground. Other than that, I thought it was ok until Mass Save called me several weeks later to do an audit of their work. From the thermal camera images, it looked like they missed filling just about every corner of my house on both the first and second floors and under my windows. I would recommend you pick your own insulation contractor instead of letting the Mass Save program do it. Talk to them to see exactly what they plan on doing and if they will use a thermal camera to see if they missed any areas. I should have known better so that's on me.

These guys were recommended by our MassSave Rep and so we booked them to insulate our finished attic. They didn't charge us extra despite the job being more complicated than originally quoted by the Masszsave rep. Instead they called in additional help and got the work finished on time and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. They even helped my husband with a bathroom window that was leaking. We cant say enough good things about the professionalism of the workers or how helpful they were.

They never got back to me with a quote to do the work. Even after I called repeatedly.
