Spray Foam Insulation in Louisville, KY

I have a very old house with an upstairs inside of the roof line. They worked hard to cover everything and protect everything before they started working. Foam insulation was done from three different approaches to insulate almost everything. Have them bring their thermal imaging camera and show you before and after images to see what the difference is. Great people

Elizabeth and her husband were extremely pleasant to work with and knowledgeable in the process of determining and identifying deficiencies in causing a heated attic space and offered a couple solutions to eliminate any potential problem areas. The service technicians arrived on time and quickly covered all areas where they’d be walking and pulling the insulation blower hose over with plastic sheeting. They were friendly and efficient in getting the work completed and cleaning up after their work was done. I’m looking forward to good results in eliminating ice dam build ups during snowy weather.

Our condo building had to recover from a longtime attic raccoon invasion. Koala’s cleanup was amazing then they sealed up everything. Made my HVAC vents so much more efficient and I stopped heating and cooling the attic. Jairo and Geo were great and they went out of their way and fixed a vent from the inside of the condo that wasn’t attached well to the ceiling. Of course we got the 13 inches of insulation instead of the only 3 inches that we had from decades ago in our over 100 year old building. Great service!!!!

Great company! Kept me update with scheduling, arrived on time. The guys that work in the attic are incredible. Very hot, dirty job. They kept the house really clean, and went above and beyond to do the job right. Sales staff was excellent as well. Explained well, kept me inform, and want things to go perfect as well. I want to say this whole process was amazing from getting sales guy to come give me an estimate. Very thorough. Made me feel confident in them. When I got the estimate I was like in disbelief that it was reasonable price. Workers came. They immediately put tarp on my driveway to protect it before putting the truck on there. They put tarp and cardboard all over everything in the house to help protect floors and walls and household items. They all worked hard and was very polite. They asked me to look up in the attic to see how it looks. I was very pleased. I feel a big difference already my unit is not running as much and it's at temperature supervisor came around to look. 1st choice sprayed our entire house in open cell spray foam. Chencho and Luis were very friendly and efficient. They were on time and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They had me do a walk through when they were finished to make sure I was happy with it and I was. Overall good experience and I would recommend to anybody with insulation needs.

We are so pleased with how the crew at 1st Choice Insulation came out on a Saturday to insulate our entire basement in just one day! They were very clean (which can be difficult with all of the insulation fibers), courteous, and very professional! Pleased with the entire process. Sam Scott provided a great deal of technical expertise and presented several options to meet our insulation goals while staying within our budget. The crew was polite, thorough, and conscientious of keeping everything as neat and clean as possible.

We’ve had 3 projects with Superior (exterior wall with water pipes, crawl space and attic). Juan and the Superior team were fantastic each time. We are very pleased with Energy Savers. Our first experience with the company was in 2015 when we renovated a small home. I called Sexton Insulation & Gutters and spoke with Victor and even though the weather was not the best they came over the next day repaired it very quickly did a phenomenal job. This review is late, but when we bought our house about three years ago, we hired then to blow in insulation in our attic. Very professional. Arrived when they said they would. Was done when they said they would be. Fair price compared to the other estimates I got. I recommend them to any one who asks.

For semi drivers: You will need to back into the Driveway. There is no room to turn around in the parking lot. You can park for overnight , clean restroom, nice people overall, thank you 🙏
