Spray Foam Insulation in Louisville, KY

Our condo building had to recover from a longtime attic raccoon invasion. Koala’s cleanup was amazing then they sealed up everything. Made my HVAC vents so much more efficient and I stopped heating and cooling the attic. Jairo and Geo were great and they went out of their way and fixed a vent from the inside of the condo that wasn’t attached well to the ceiling. Of course we got the 13 inches of insulation instead of the only 3 inches that we had from decades ago in our over 100 year old building. Great service!!!!

My wife and I are currently building a new location for our fitness facility in New Albany. We've been doing the process without a GC and taken time to collect bids from many different contractors. Not all of our decisions were based exclusively on cost; we also highly valued good communication and gained perspective. From the first time Anthony came to bid for our job, he asked a bunch of questions to help us bring clarity to what we needed. He was very helpful and provided a lot of wisdom that this rookie didn't know anything about! As the start date came close, Quin was our main point of contact and he took great care of us. Communication on the timeline was always clarified as they continued to make progress. For the actual work, it turned out phenomenal! They did a great job of covering our entire facility in a plastic barrier as they began. At the end, there was a little over spray onto our overhead garage door, but Quin was quick to scrub it off and even off to replace the door paneling if needed. They stand behind their work proudly and do it well. Anybody that I know in the future that is doing a build is going to get my STRONG recommendation for Spray-Tec! Thank you guys for setting us up so well.

We had Spray-Tec install closed cell spray foam to the roof decking and in the basement. I was very impressed with every aspect of the process. I will break down my review in parts. Estimate: Jacob was out first point of contact with Spray-Tec. He was very well informed about the subject matter but more importantly for me was when he wasn't sure about something he wouldn't make it up and would look into it and get back to me (which he did). This was going to be a large purchase so my wife and I had a list of questions to ask and Jacob to the time to answer them all. He seemed genuinely interested in our project and wanted to make sure we were getting what we wanted. He quoted a timeframe for when he would get back to us with a completed estimate and met that to the day. I can honestly say that one of the major reasons I went with Spray-Tec is because of Jacobs customer service, professionalism, and his willingness and ability to answer my questions in a timely manner. Scheduling Once we agreed to go further with Spray-Tec we were turned over to Quin. We were scheduled quickly and he took his time to explain the process and what we should expect for the project to be complete and he was also able to confirm what we were getting and went over any specific requests that we had gone over previously with Jacob. He was very polite and again showed genuine interest in our project and my wife and I felt like there was nothing that would surprise us during the process. The day(s) of installation We were given a time that Spray-Tec would arrive on the day of installation and they arrived right on time. I met Quin in person at this time and he made sure that everything we had gone over on the phone and by email were correct now that they were on site. I was introduced to the to installers at that time and we walked the entire project (the attic and the basement) to make sure that there would not be anything that either of us overlooked or were confused about. Able was the main installer and he along with his team did an amazing job. I am very particular about making sure things are done the way that I had envisioned and I was more than impressed. They took their time to cover our valuables and also made sure they did not cause excessive over-spray and at the same time did not show any evidence that they were cutting corners. Able and his team were friendly and polite and I felt very comfortable leaving my home in their very capable hands. The results This review is being written about 2 weeks after installation so I have a limited amount of data to share. But in that time I have been absolutely amazed at the difference we can see already. Spraying the roof decking would make the attic area become a conditioned space and it was instantly clear that that area was more comfortable. Before we had little to no insulation in that area so the winters were brutally cold and the summers were almost too much to deal with for any amount of time. Now the temperature has not been more than +/- 5 degrees from what the main floor is. Also (and most importantly) is that our HVAC system does not come on hardly at all. It's almost unbelievable how little it runs now. During the day we keep the thermostat at around 71 and in the evening we lower it to 65. We had a night that got down to the upper 20's just recently. The inside temperature never actually got down to 65 until 8 hours later so the heat never kicked on the entire night. Before it would have to run 2 to 3 times an hour. The overall comfort of the house has completely changed for the better. I can't think of a better return on our money than what we are seeing already. I can't wait until this summer to see how well everything works during our hot days. Price We had several estimates done for spray-foam in both open and closed cell. Spray-Tec had the best price for what we wanted and provided more services than the other (more expensive) competitors. We are so thankful that we reached out to Spray-Tec. It has completely changed our forever home for the better.

Not many companies meet my expectations, let alone exceed them, but Isenberg Spray Foam Insulation definitely did. I called and the owner came out the same day, provided a quote that afternoon and did the job 2 days later. Their price was better than the company my “general contractor” originally hired and the knowledge and professionalism is untouchable. The employees care about the customer and it shows.

On time and exceptional great work, had the underside of our sunroom insulated very professional and cleaned up the underside of the joist which is great since we are planning on closing this in with boards.

Great company! Kept me update with scheduling, arrived on time. The guys that work in the attic are incredible. Very hot, dirty job. They kept the house really clean, and went above and beyond to do the job right. Sales staff was excellent as well. Explained well, kept me inform, and want things to go perfect as well. I want to say this whole process was amazing from getting sales guy to come give me an estimate. Very thorough. Made me feel confident in them. When I got the estimate I was like in disbelief that it was reasonable price. Workers came. They immediately put tarp on my driveway to protect it before putting the truck on there. They put tarp and cardboard all over everything in the house to help protect floors and walls and household items. They all worked hard and was very polite. They asked me to look up in the attic to see how it looks. I was very pleased. I feel a big difference already my unit is not running as much and it's at temperature supervisor came around to look. Pleased with the entire process. Sam Scott provided a great deal of technical expertise and presented several options to meet our insulation goals while staying within our budget. The crew was polite, thorough, and conscientious of keeping everything as neat and clean as possible.

We’ve had 3 projects with Superior (exterior wall with water pipes, crawl space and attic). Juan and the Superior team were fantastic each time. Superior’s expertise and outstanding customer service were the main reasons we kept coming back. The difference with foam insulation is immediately noticeable.

Weather Stop has insulated three different projects on my farm. A metal building was the first project and it stays reasonably climate controlled year round. It’s especially comfortable in the summer! Two separate areas of my basement are now spray foamed. All three projects were done promptly, professionally, and at the cost of the estimate, which I am so appreciative of. I compared the cost of spray foam to regular insulation and after the cost of labor and materials it was very comparable. If I have any other projects that need insulation I will definitely call Weather Stop again!

1st choice sprayed our entire house in open cell spray foam. Chencho and Luis were very friendly and efficient. They were on time and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They had me do a walk through when they were finished to make sure I was happy with it and I was. Overall good experience and I would recommend to anybody with insulation needs.

These guys are amazingly honest and have immense integrity! We had an estimate for new insulation and set a date for the removal of the old insulation and addition of the new. Once up in the attic space they measured our existing insulation and it was more than sufficient for our home. Chad who I had dealt with through the whole process came to me and told me that while he would do the job if that’s what I wanted but he felt that it wasn’t necessary. He saved us thousands of dollars! If I had any needs for insulation this is the only company I would trust! Honesty in business is so rare these days and Chad and this company renewed my faith in humanity!!!

We are very pleased with Energy Savers. Our first experience with the company was in 2015 when we renovated a small home. Energy savers found and closed every possible energy leak plus we qualified for a tax break. We have just finished renovating a 3500 sq ft home, We contacted Energy Savers when we knew it would not be necessary to access the attic again. We again are extremely pleased. Pleased with the service, pleased with the initial plan, pleased with the crew that did the job, pleased that the price quoted was the final prices. From experience, we know the work will lower our energy usage.

These guys are fantastic-- I'm just a residential customer that needed some vinyl backed insulation for a 30x50 steel building. I got the vibe they mostly deal with commercial stuff (larger buildings), but they had no problems selling to me and letting me pick up will-call. I think the salesman I talked to was from another state (they're nationwide) but the whole process was smooth and price was much better than what I could get from the steel building manufacturer I bought from. Lead time was a bit long, but so was every other building material I bought in 2022, shortages and all. The guys at the loading dock were very friendly/personable, helped me load, and even offered to help tie down the load. Quality of the material was excellent, fit the building exactly with some material to spare. Can't recommend this company enough.

This review is late, but when we bought our house about three years ago, we hired then to blow in insulation in our attic. Very professional. Arrived when they said they would. Was done when they said they would be. Fair price compared to the other estimates I got. I recommend them to any one who asks.

For semi drivers: You will need to back into the Driveway. There is no room to turn around in the parking lot. You can park for overnight , clean restroom, nice people overall, thank you 🙏
