Spray Foam Insulation in Georgetown, KY

Quin and the spray-tec team did an amazing job on our new dormitory build at Country Lake Christian Retreat. We were on a very tight time schedule and they did what needed to be done to help us accomplish our goals. We will definitely be working with them again in the future. My wife and I are currently building a new location for our fitness facility in New Albany. We've been doing the process without a GC and taken time to collect bids from many different contractors. Not all of our decisions were based exclusively on cost; we also highly valued good communication and gained perspective. From the first time Anthony came to bid for our job, he asked a bunch of questions to help us bring clarity to what we needed. He was very helpful and provided a lot of wisdom that this rookie didn't know anything about! As the start date came close, Quin was our main point of contact and he took great care of us. Communication on the timeline was always clarified as they continued to make progress. For the actual work, it turned out phenomenal! They did a great job of covering our entire facility in a plastic barrier as they began. At the end, there was a little over spray onto our overhead garage door, but Quin was quick to scrub it off and even off to replace the door paneling if needed. They stand behind their work proudly and do it well. Anybody that I know in the future that is doing a build is going to get my STRONG recommendation for Spray-Tec! Thank you guys for setting us up so well.

We had Spray-Tec install closed cell spray foam to the roof decking and in the basement. I was very impressed with every aspect of the process. I will break down my review in parts. Estimate: Jacob was out first point of contact with Spray-Tec. He was very well informed about the subject matter but more importantly for me was when he wasn't sure about something he wouldn't make it up and would look into it and get back to me (which he did). This was going to be a large purchase so my wife and I had a list of questions to ask and Jacob to the time to answer them all. He seemed genuinely interested in our project and wanted to make sure we were getting what we wanted. He quoted a timeframe for when he would get back to us with a completed estimate and met that to the day. I can honestly say that one of the major reasons I went with Spray-Tec is because of Jacobs customer service, professionalism, and his willingness and ability to answer my questions in a timely manner. Scheduling Once we agreed to go further with Spray-Tec we were turned over to Quin. We were scheduled quickly and he took his time to explain the process and what we should expect for the project to be complete and he was also able to confirm what we were getting and went over any specific requests that we had gone over previously with Jacob. He was very polite and again showed genuine interest in our project and my wife and I felt like there was nothing that would surprise us during the process. The day(s) of installation We were given a time that Spray-Tec would arrive on the day of installation and they arrived right on time. I met Quin in person at this time and he made sure that everything we had gone over on the phone and by email were correct now that they were on site. I was introduced to the to installers at that time and we walked the entire project (the attic and the basement) to make sure that there would not be anything that either of us overlooked or were confused about. Able was the main installer and he along with his team did an amazing job. I am very particular about making sure things are done the way that I had envisioned and I was more than impressed. They took their time to cover our valuables and also made sure they did not cause excessive over-spray and at the same time did not show any evidence that they were cutting corners. Able and his team were friendly and polite and I felt very comfortable leaving my home in their very capable hands. The results This review is being written about 2 weeks after installation so I have a limited amount of data to share. But in that time I have been absolutely amazed at the difference we can see already. Spraying the roof decking would make the attic area become a conditioned space and it was instantly clear that that area was more comfortable. Before we had little to no insulation in that area so the winters were brutally cold and the summers were almost too much to deal with for any amount of time. Now the temperature has not been more than +/- 5 degrees from what the main floor is. Also (and most importantly) is that our HVAC system does not come on hardly at all. It's almost unbelievable how little it runs now. During the day we keep the thermostat at around 71 and in the evening we lower it to 65. We had a night that got down to the upper 20's just recently. The inside temperature never actually got down to 65 until 8 hours later so the heat never kicked on the entire night. Before it would have to run 2 to 3 times an hour. The overall comfort of the house has completely changed for the better. I can't think of a better return on our money than what we are seeing already. I can't wait until this summer to see how well everything works during our hot days. Price We had several estimates done for spray-foam in both open and closed cell. Spray-Tec had the best price for what we wanted and provided more services than the other (more expensive) competitors. We are so thankful that we reached out to Spray-Tec. It has completely changed our forever home for the better.

USA did a fabulous job insulating my home. From setting up to instalation the process was smooth and seemless. Michael and his crew are conscience and professional. Great company! Kept me update with scheduling, arrived on time. The guys that work in the attic are incredible. Very hot, dirty job. They kept the house really clean, and went above and beyond to do the job right. Sales staff was excellent as well. Explained well, kept me inform, and want things to go perfect as well. I want to say this whole process was amazing from getting sales guy to come give me an estimate. Very thorough. Made me feel confident in them. When I got the estimate I was like in disbelief that it was reasonable price. Workers came. They immediately put tarp on my driveway to protect it before putting the truck on there. They put tarp and cardboard all over everything in the house to help protect floors and walls and household items. They all worked hard and was very polite. They asked me to look up in the attic to see how it looks. I was very pleased. I feel a big difference already my unit is not running as much and it's at temperature supervisor came around to look. I had a great experience with Synergy Home! From my first phone call thru the completion of replacing my HVAC system. Brandon, Kimberly and Davis all were personable, Knowledgeable, professional and thorough. They answered my questions and pointed out things I hadn’t noticed. The price was reasonable and they came two days after I accepted the estimate to install the system. They would have came the next day, but I wasn’t available. Great company, people and GREAT job!

I was without air-conditioning for a week during one of the hottest weeks of the year. I called my friend who works at synergy home. He came out right away for me On Monday and assessed the situation. Determined that I needed A new AC compressor and coil. The owner of the company ended up coming out and helping with the estimate and checking my system over. Such a nice guy and really cares about his clients. This was on Monday. By Wednesday, they had me up and and running. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. A big thank you to Justin, Scott, and everybody involved in getting my air conditioner issue solved. I cannot recommend this company enough! Again, above and beyond would be an understatement. Their customer service is second to none! I will use no other company than synergy Home from here on out. Highly recommended! Five stars all around!

Brandon and the team at Premier Spray Foam were great to work with. Communication was great, they showed up and finished the job when they said they would. They even helped find some plumbing issues in my crawl space that I otherwise wouldn’t have known about. They completely encapsulated my crawl spade and their work was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone.

Brandon and the Premier team were great to work with and very knowledgeable. These guys were presented with a very challenging ceiling height and they didn’t blink twice. They did exactly what they said they’d do, and they were very professional about it. Everything was masked off to keep the place as clean as possible. Also…unlike other contractors, these guys did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

Brian Padgett was very helpful in providing an estimate and explaining what needed to be done. The crew arrived on time, protected all the workspaces and worked all day until everything was complete. They insulated the attics and put weatherstripping on the doors. The house is already warmer! Great job. So glad I was able to use a local service.

Billy Cross was very honest, upfront, and provided us with a reasonable quote to remove old insulation, seal up attic space, and replace with new insulation(which me new housing standards today). We had a very positive experience with this company. Tim did exactly what he said he would do at the cost he quoted over the phone. Very, very happy I chose to use spray insulation over fiberglass. Our house is now airtight and solid. Their work was excellent as well. Very, very satisfied!

Tim and his team are pros! I hired them to install foam on my new construction roof decks (attics). They did a professional job and left the place clean. They got the job done sooner than estimated. I will definitely be having them do more work for me.

My house is almost 30 years old. The blown in insulation had settled a lot. Central Ky Spray Foam removed all the old insulation and put spray foam on the rafters in the attic. We have had some cold nights since, and my whole house is warmer, with my heat pumps running less. What little mess that was made, they cleaned up. Very happy with the contractor and the job that was done. I would recommend them, and the spray foam insulation!!

Ten stars! We hired James Hinkle and his crew to encapsulate our overly moist crawl space (new vapor barrier and spray foam throughout). They scheduled us in ASAP and did an absolutely fantastic job. After finding so many corners that had been cut, in this home that we just purchased, we are beyond relieved to find people who do the job right the first time. We will be recommending them to all of our friends and neighbors who need insulation work done!

I am a repeat customer of KY Spray Foam Insulation. They added spray foam to a 50 year old addition that we never could keep as warm as the rest of the house. Worked like a charm. Unlike most contractors, they showed up when they said they would, finished on time and left no trace of being there. Excellent service! Could not recommend them enough.

We had our home attic insulation increased today with blow-in fiberglass from Quality Insulation. Our experience couldn't have been better, the team came and introduced themselves, begin to lay floor protecting plastic throughout to area where they would be moving about and worked continuously until the installation was complete. I inspected the job in the attic and it looked as I had hoped. When they removed the floor plastic the left over debris would have fit in child's teacup. Yes I would recommend them to family and friends. Thanks
