Benny and John did a fantastic job fixing the insulation in our attic and sealing it from the outside elements. Their team was communicative and timely with the insulation. Joe from Gasca Spray Foam inspected my house, gave a detailed explanation about how energy is lost in a home, answered all of my questions, then proceeded with an equally detailed explanation of what would be required to remedy the situation. Very impressive. I asked if there was a more inexpensive option. He said unfortunately, no. Upon further research, it solidified exactly what Joe had explained to me. There is a well established science to correcting home energy loss. This was clearly a company with integrity. I’m happy to say that the install was every bit as impressive as our initial meeting. The consistency of the temperature in my house, upstairs & downstairs, as well as the duration of the comfort zone has dramatically improved. My furnace must think it’s on vacation. Joe, Nick, & George are not only experts in their field as evidenced by the work they performed at my house, they are also incredibly nice people. I highly recommend this company.

Great quality service from the friendliest people! Gasca Construction did an awesome job with spray foaming my attic. My energy bill immediately and drastically reduced and the temperature in my home feels so nice. Joe Gasca did the spraying and the foam application is so smooth unlike other jobs I’ve seen posted on Facebook which would appear all lumpy. They also respected my home and made sure they cleaned up well after they finished. They were fast with scheduling and patient with my many questions. Spray foam insulation is one of the best investments I’ve ever made. And I’m so glad I had the right people with the best quality product. I hired Gasca to do a drywall, tape and paint job for a condo bathroom. Our association never used them so when they finished the job, the owner having the work done sent me a text saying “They did a superb job and he was very impressed with the work”. Gasca will remain on our condo association’s vendor list for future work.

Prior to contacting Koala, a couple other companies were contacted concerning what needed to be done. I knew exactly what I wanted from the service for what needed to be foamed. Let's just say, while speaking with Adam from Koala, he agreed with what was needed, gave a reasonable price, therefore I booked the appointment. Mark came out 7am ready. Thank you Mark. The fantastic crew came by 7:30am. They completed the task. Looked superb, outstanding. Even though Koala has been in business less years than the others I contacted, the main contacts were more understandable, got straight to how they could help and the price was more reasonable than the others. Very happy with the work Adam and his team have done with my attic. I had 4 other companies bid the job and ultimately decided to choose Koala for the job. Adam answered all the questions I had and was easy to work with. I decided to increase my attic insulation to R-60 due to horrible existing insulation, and air seal my attic. Kyle and his team showed up on time, communicated clearly, left my house as clean as before they came and even provided me with pictures of the whole job start to finish which was very nice. Good people, good price, and good results.

I got tried of paying high utility bills a friend of mine gave me there contact so I decide to call to get estimate to my surprise the pricing was affordable and in a few days a tech was sent out to my house I had foam installation in my crawl space and ever since I have gotten better temperature in NY house and my bills have lowered . It was a pleasure to work with Brian, Andrew, and their family business. I recently had Eco Tec at my home doing wall cavity insulation. My house is over 100 years old and largely stucco exterior, both of which present more challenges, but they were able to do get the job done mostly from the outside. I only had a short turn around time for completion of the work, repair, and clean up. Brian went above and beyond to get my final clean up done by my required deadline - thank you Andrew and Ryan. Reynoso Insulation did a great job with our second floor. For years, extreme temperatures outside, could be felt inside. This prevented us from even going upstairs in the middle of the Summer because our AC just couldn’t keep up due to the heat. And in the Winters, the heater would work overtime. We finally had enough and searched around for someone to insulate the whole upstairs. Reynoso insulation suggested a contractor to us to cut the drywall. We ended up hiring him. He was confused with the start of the project and showed up a bit late. And to finish the project, wouldn’t show up til 10 some days. But he ended up doing good work in the end. When it comes to the actual company, Reynoso Insulation came on time (8 am) for the days they worked. They worked quickly and efficiently as well as cleaned up nicely. Now, with this Summer’s heatwave, our AC is finally working like it should upstairs. Letting us know that the insulation was a job well done.

The crew did a fantastic job. Work included cleaning out a mess of old insulation and spray foaming the attic roof. Lots of tight places that they took care of. Attic temp feels much more stable now. Looking forward to a cozy winter thanks to the new spray foam insulation.

I had Koala spay foam my cathedral ceiling that lacked any insulation. Guys came on time and performed the work within guidelines. Area was prepped and sprayed well. No funny residue and was able to return home the next day. I was very pleased with the workmanship, quality and attention to detail. My AC unit no longer runs as often as it did. Now I can’t wait how this will perform in the winter, but I can already tell a drastic difference in temperature. I would highly recommend.

Koala insulation came through for us. We wanted to have or attic insulated with blow in material John Anthony came and gave a quick quote. He showed us what they were going to do and gave us a fair price. The job was scheduled right away. The team came on time and left the house as clean as it was when they got there. It has not been too cold yet this year, but we can notice a positive improvement. No drafts or cold ceiling now. 18” deep throughout the entire attic. They gave us very good complete pictures of the before and after of their work. Very satisfied and will recommend them to others.

John the owner came out and gave us a fair quote to put insulation in our attic. We decided to go forward with them and were very happy with the work. They had great communication day of, arrived when they said they would and did a great job. They even installed a hatch to access part of the attic that was previously sheet rocked over. The two installers that came were very professional and did everything we asked for. Would definitely recommend.

Thermo Insulation did and amazing job on my attic. I really appreciate how they came into my home with professionalism and ready to complete a job. My attic went from next to nothing installation to almost 20 inches of installation and I also really appreciate how they installed the soffits outside of my home so that my attic can get good ventilation to keep it from building up moisture that can cause mold.

Roberto came out, did the audit gave me some recommendations and together we decided on the most practical way to achieve the best results. When they came out to do the work, circumstances presented themselves a little differently, and it involved a change in plan. They were able to adapt, make it happen and still keep me very satisfied as a customer. Their work was very professional and when they were done they cleaned and it looked like they had never been there! I can highly recommend these guys.

Thermo-Insulation offered the best value of 8 different contractors I had come to look at the project. They were able to schedule me very soon after I made the decision to hire them, and Roberto, Eric, and crew got the entire attic air sealed, baffled, and insulated in one day with minimal disruption to our day. They marked all electrical work in case future work is needed and posted rulers around the attic so that we can see if any part of the insulation begins to compact. We were left in a bit of a pickle after using another company to apply spray foam insulation but didn't apply the specialized fire retardant paint required by code for our storage area. As a commercial product, it is not possible for a consumer to buy just a small amount. Richard responded right away to an inquiry, happily provided me with the gallon I was looking for at essentially his cost, and advised me on how to apply it. There was nothing in it for him except being an honorable and kind human. I would happily trust and patronize this company.

Innovative Insualtion Solutions are the best. They sprayed closed cell foam in our open attic spaces. Communication prior to the project beginning from the office regarding timing and how the job would go was excellent. The crew sent over to my home were even better. They communicated well, showed up on time each day and were respectful of my home...three things that I, as a small business owner, can really appreciate. The owner, Richard Spies, also showed up onsite to make sure all was well and to answer any questions that I had. A really great experience from start to finish. I contacted Chicago Green Insulation to see if anything could be done to prevent my pipes from freezing again this winter. Tom called me back and was over to inspect my house by the next day. He did a thorough inspection of the areas where I’ve had freezing and went down into the crawl space to see how well it was insulated. It turned out that my crawl space already was insulated but Tom alerted me to several other things I could do to help potentially avoid having my pipes freeze. A couple of his suggestions were ones I could do on my own while others will require professionals to do the work. Tom very nicely offered to help get a quote for one of the jobs with someone in the industry that he has worked with for many years. Although I wasn’t able to hire Tom to provide any insulation work for me, I really appreciate how much he has gone above and beyond, even long after he knew I wasn’t going to need his services.

Called Tom to get some perspective on a moisture issue I'm having in my attic. He was very honest and shared that the issue is not something he needs to handle and gave me some technical knowledge and small tips to solve the problem. Tom, the owner, came out to visit our home on short notice because we were experiencing vastly different temperatures on the 2nd floor of our 1890s home. He took a look at the situation, gauged temperatures, structure, and gave practical, honest alternative solutions to insulation. Since adding insulation would require certain renovations that we weren’t looking to do, Tom suggested dehumidification and hvac modification, and gave the names of reliable professionals from his contacts. ARC recently completed an insulation project in my home that was built in 1862. The home had zero insulation in the attic. We worked with David and his team and they were absolutely fantastic. Super professional and a pleasure through the entire process. My home is super cozy now! I highly recommend ARC.

Box sills were insulated in October. My home had a mouse problem for the past couple of years and paid a Pest Service (all they did was put bait boxes outside). Found information to insulate your box sills where the small leaks are allowing cold air and pests to come in. Wish I knew about this solution before. Now, absolutely no evidence of mice, spiders, webs, small bugs..... All perfectly and expertly sealed. Basement is warmer and less damp and wood floors above are warmer. ARC Company was excellent. They were easy to talk to and the crew was helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was sealed off and debris expertly removed . Old insulation had some mold AND dead mice.... UGH!!!! Everything was cleaned up and installed perfectly. Crew was professional, courteous and outstanding.... Wasted too much money on Pest Service and should have insulated with ARC . Highly recommend services and crew. Money well spent for great services and results.

Had my attic insulated, some air sealing done, and an HVAC tune-up by the Ruiz brothers at Assured, and everything turned out awesome. The team was super friendly, showed up on time, and explained what they were doing in a way that really made sense. Norman installed a new bath fan as well, and he did a great job with it. The old one wouldn't even turn on, and after the install, he made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. The house feels way more comfortable now, and the HVAC is running smoother than it has in years. They were quick, clean, and really easy to work with. This company is AMAZING. They came out and sprayed foam insulation in my attic, and they did it quickly and efficiently. The crew was very friendly, and they didn’t leave a mess when they were done!

From the initial quote to the install, Green Attic, was accommodating and fast. Frank came out on May 20 and squeezed up into the attic space. Found black mold on the rafters from poor ventilation due to a broken fan. I appreciated his honesty and recommendations. Ten days later, Edgar and his crew (Omar and Rigoberto) arrived. They did a great job remediating the black mold in the attic, adding thick insulation, baffles and replacing the attic fan with a solar powered fan for continuous attic air exchange. When they finished, Edgar showed me the final air flow and his crew were very respectful of the property, cleaning and tidying up the work area. I would recommend Green Attic to anyone needing mold remidiation and insulation.

We had four Green Attic workers involved over our three day project. The first day Alvaro & Jeff worked diligently at completing the mold remediation and insulation installation. They were polite, hard working and respectful of our home. The second day, Mario completed the initial mudding & sanding of the installation holes. Then on the third day, Mario and Sammy completed the final sanding and the opening of the soffit vents. These two men were also hard working and respectful of our property. The entire job went smoothly and comfortably.

Our house is drastically more comfortable after an air sealing and insulation project. They were also able to accommodate our request for a positive pressure blower door test (rather than negative), though it take a bit of back and forth to get that sorted out. They did very good work and I will definitely be reaching out again if we have any future insulation projects.

Have used Chicagoland Sprayfoam multiple times for various projects. They’re honest, respectful of clients needs and thorough with their work. Would definitely use again. They’re extremely busy but worth the wait IMO.
