I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this company for my garage door installation. The quality of the installation was absolutely terrible. They completely messed up my garage door, which was a significant investment. To make matters worse, their customer service was atrocious. They were unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional at every step of the process. I found it impossible to get any meaningful assistance or resolution from them. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company to prevent similar issues. They need to drastically improve their services to prevent more customers from suffering the same way I did.
Very disappointed with SEI Group’s customer service. They installed my fireplace, but I’ve been having an issue with it for two months now. I’ve tried repeatedly to get in touch, but they never return my calls. When I do manage to reach someone, they direct me to another person who also doesn’t answer. This level of service is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I expected better follow-up from a company that installed such an important feature in my home.
