Work was done in an efficient manner with constant communication from their office verifying that we were satisfied with the work that was performed. We had our ac ducts cleaned and all old attic insulation removed, area was cleaned and sanitized, and new upgraded insulation installed. All employees were friendly and respectful of property.

The work quality was solid and the communication was great, but what really stood out was their follow-through. barak personally took responsibility for a few post-installation items and came back quickly to address everything. They explained the fixes, worked neatly, and left the space clean. That level of accountability is why I recommend them. Excellent experience from start to finish.

We have used Carlos’s services twice—once for my condo and again for my house—and both times he was outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable about air conditioning and always responds immediately. His team did a thorough duct cleaning and also fixed issues with my AC efficiently and professionally. When we first had problems in my condo, two other AC technicians came but couldn’t figure out the issue. Carlos diagnosed it right away—it was low Freon, which was causing the AC to freeze and leak water. He fixed it on the spot. I highly recommend Carlos for any AC-related work. Mr. Miller of R factor is a fantastic person to deal with. He was fantastic to speak with and answered all of my questions. His crew was professional and courteous and completed my project in one day. I had a 1500 sq ft crawl space of my wood frame home and I would not hesitate to use R factor again. We had Tailored Foam come out and do our home with foam insulation. I had done my homework and the background in doing large commercial business with repeat business told me that they must being doing a great job. We were looking for the energy savings of course – the secondary water barrier is what really impressed me. Had rep over they did our home- didn’t even bother us. Since foaming block walls April, theHouse is still cool with 90 degrees outside 80 inside still no AC turned on!! Normally, the walls would be radiating 90° with the temperature gun measurement. Was it pressed with the cleanup of the installation crew and the patching went well. We would highly recommend anyone foam their block walls.

Chris and Orane were the utmost professionals. They showed up on time and stayed until the job was finished. They were very thorough in the cleaning process and encouraged me to check their work in addition to showing me photos. I appreciated that. It was a 2-day process as you can imagine due to the extreme heat in tight space. However, they were extremely professional in keeping everything neat and tidy at the end of the day and went to great lengths to ensure the area was clean. They also strapped up some of the AC ducting as to get insulation underneath and ensure proper coverage. The spray foam around the openings in the Attic will ensure years of keeping the cool air where it belongs. I would highly recommend using this company again. My ac doesn't run as hard and there was an unexpected benefit of noise reduction from the outside.

Store is clean and organized and floor staff know where everything is located. Lines are never long & cashiers are friendly. They also offer membership prices which are lower than retail. Great first experience will deffinatley be back.

Great company! Assessed the seawall problem, laid out the plan of repair, one week later repaired the 88 foot seawall with precisely placed injection sites every 18 inches. It took the team only 3 hours, yard was in perfect condition when they left. 10 year warranty on the work, proven technology, I am on board with The Foam Guys!
