basically you can get anything you need at this store and the staff are so nice. many times i have gone to the bristol home depot looking for something and can never find someone to help me and i say to myself i should have just gone to city hardware on farmington avenue and then I do and within minutes i have what I need. they are the best and always have sale people who are friendly and know where everything is.

Been dealing with these people since I moved to Bristol, back when paint balling was a thing and I needed my tanks. Refilled, now I go there for grass. Seed and little odds that ends and they're just very, very nice cordial people, they're outstanding

You can count on City Hardware. I found two silver polishing paste products. No other jeweler or big box hardware had it. Why don't I learn? Go to City Hardware FIRST!! Great staff.

Kenny was professional and explained all the benefits and what my house needed to be more energy efficient. Joey and Chris did a great job with the insulation project were friendly and professional. Joey did a walk through before starting the job and after. They did a nice job cleaning up and I appreciated the great service. Highly recommend USA Insulation of Connecticut.

The whole team at USA Insulation of CT was great to work with. Karissa was diligent about keeping me aware of things via phone and text, Matt did a fantastic job of determining our insulation needs and walking us through the process, and Benny and his team (Dominick, Julio, Joey, and Darian) were extremely efficient in getting the job done properly. Seriously, I work from home and it was like they weren't there at all! They got to my place right on time, set things up, got to work, and cleaned up so well after they left the place nicer than they found it! Of course, along with fantastic customer service, the insulation has already begun to pay off. Our new home had only about 5 inches of insulation in the attic (yikes) and barely any insulation at all in most of the walls (double yikes!). How the previous owners managed to survive living like this is beyond me. We realized we needed to check our insulation more thoroughly after the ac was struggling to keep our second (and main) floor below 82 degrees. We're able to track and monitor when our ac cycles on and off. Since installing the insulation just yesterday, there's already been a noticeable dip in the amount of times the ac has had to cycle on. Even now, it's 90 degrees outside while inside it's a comfortable 72 degrees. And the last time my ac had to cycle on to keep it there was... an hour ago for about 15 minutes. That is a MASSIVE improvement. So to USA Insulation of CT, you have our sincerest thanks for making our first house feel like that much more of a properly comfy (and cool) home!

Amazing job well done!! Worked with Jeff, he also worked with my insurance company, post pipe leak, everything was completely sealed off for asbestos removal, the workers followed ALL protocols and were professional, kind and considerate regarding my property. They cleaned up so well as if they were never here! Everything done in two days! Highly recommended!

I worked with Joe on asbestos removal post-structure fire. The asbestos was lined on all of the heating ducts throughout the home. Within 2 days, the job was done and the ducts were removed. They worked directly with my insurance company and offered a constant line of communication with the project manager.

Great pricing for residential or commercial buildings new or renovations. The people are polite professionals with builders integrity. 5 stars!

I had a great experience with New England Building Products. Sylvain Lessard is the consultant that called on me to make the recommendation on my property for gutter replacement. This company was recommended by my property manager and I'm glad I called them. They made a very professional presentation, they were very reasonable and the gutters are not only working great but they are very attractive and look like expensive molding. They coordinated everything for me with some special requests I made starting with the removal of my gutters so that I could have my painters repaint the boards behind the gutters to the total replacement right away so my house had the gutters back on within a day after painting. It was just great! I am very thankful to all the office staff and the installers that worked very hard to make sure I was happy and they cleaned up perfectly after the job was completed. Thank you so much to all!

FOR DELIVERY when you arrive, continue straight ahead until you reach the cul-de-sac. make u-turn and drive back to the rail road tracks. as you are approaching the truck entrance, look for the bay/dock/door with 2 yellow lines. proceed to set your truck up on the street to reverse into the driveway, aiming your trailer to go in between those yellow lines. Be patient it can take up to maximum 2 hours depending on your load
