The New England Performance Insulation (NEPI) was prompt well mannered and friendly. When they were done they cleaned up and left the jobsite cleaner than it was before they started. The whole experience with NEPI very good and I would recommend if you need insulation work that you include them in the list of contractors to get quotes from.

After getting several estimates I chose NE Performance Insulation for my project because of their pricing, understanding the scope of the job, and I support Veteran-owned businesses. Thank you for your service! Carol handled the scheduling, and was able to move my job up by 2 weeks, it all worked out great. Communication was excellent, always a quick response. The guys came and finished the job in one day. No problems. The next day I told Carol everything looked good, but there were some areas that needed to be cleaned up, etc., thinking I’d just have to do it myself. She got right back to me and set up a time for them to come back. THAT’S why you should use these guys!

Yesterday, New England Performance removed 20+year old fiber insulation and replaced it with new insulation along the entire length of my undercrawl space, and sprayed exterior foam under the shingles. The job was long overdue. Three very nice young men cleaned out my crawl space, completed the job by mid-afternoon and the BRS dumpster was gone by 3pm. Highly recommend New England Performance for your insulation needs.

I never thought I would feel so moved to leave a review about an insulation company but Home Comfort Practice was so wonderful to work with. Joe came out to create a plan of what we needed to do to improve insulation in our home and then took time to answer all my questions and concerns. The crew Juan, Alvaro and Gio were awesome, they took precautions to contain any mess and were great at communicating along the way, they take pride in their work and are super dedicated. I spent a lot of time comparing and deciding which company to choose and I'm very happy with my choice. Thank you guys!!

Joel the sales representative was very nice not pushy did actually measurements of the home, other companies didn’t. Had a Home evaluation done also good guys also. Office staff easy to work with very helpful. Errol that did the installation was just a good guys clean up and solid workmanship. ONLY Bummer the electrical guy had emergency day of installation came 2 days later to do his part. BUT he too was a good guy good work also. solid good experience.

They did the job, so I won’t give 1 star. But they’re difficult to work with and didn’t clean up after themselves. Scheduling was difficult. They didn’t always tell me when they were coming, and sometimes when they said they were coming they didn’t show up, without calling to tell me ahead of time. They left trash, plastic water bottles, tools like hammers, nails, and styrofoam all over my yard. They left nails and a long sharp wire in my toddler’s bedroom. Everyone was friendly, but I do wish they had cleaned up after themselves.

Kevin was most professional, kind and patient, and very knowledgeable. His assistant Chase was equally kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional. Kevin took the time to explain the process every step of the way, and both cleaned up immaculately after the process. I am grateful for such wonderful service. CT Weatherproof Insulation, LLC is the real deal! The crew who was sent to my house was A+. A huge shoutout, and a round of applause, to Tony, Cecil, Jack and Brian. These guys were so polite and hardworking. They worked from 9:30 am - 4:45 pm, finishing the job in one day that “could have” taken two. I had insulation placed in my basement ceiling, knee wall, and in the space between my exterior wall and interior wall. They had to take the vinyl siding off of my house and placed it back without any damage. Thank you SO MUCH. Now, let’s hope that the insulation makes a big difference in my electric and oil usage, saving me lots of money.

I am a General Contractor in Connecticut and have used R&R about 5-6 times within the last 2 years since I first met them. They are to date one of my best Subcontractors as they are always on time with the project schedule and commitments and also are affordable at the same time especially for the great quality of work that they do. I highly recommend that you hire R&R if you want your job done right, fast and affordable. These guys are great!

They sprayed foam and installed fiberglass in one of the building I’m in charge. They did a fantastic job, very clean , organized, good quality of material and I was able to stay on budget. Good prices.
