I just received attic insulation from Arvada Insulation. I'll save you the time on shopping around, Arvada Insulation was the most competitive quote by far. I was new to the attic insulation process, so I received quotes from several other vendors in the area to get a baseline. More importantly, Phil was very easy to work with. Friendly, honest, and straight to the point. Phil gave me a quote, and maintained the price throughout. Even after making several repairs and modifications to improve the integrity of my attic beyond the insulation. Vic was also nice. He enthusiastically showed me how the fiber glass hopper worked. Phil was careful to keep the work area clean, and the fiber glass insulation was not as dusty or messy as I would have expected. I will be recommending Arvada Insulation to anyone in the area :)

I had a great experience with Phil & Arvada Insulation. One of the bedrooms in our 1959 house was always colder in the Winter and warmer in the Summer. Now that it was a nursery for our baby boy we needed to do something about it. After trying a new vent and cellular shades I decided it was time to try to get the walls insulated, which felt like it would be a daunting (and expensive!) task. I called Phil from Arvada Insulation because I knew he was local to my neighborhood. Phil talked me through his process and my options to blow in insulation into the walls then scheduled a same day estimate. He was right on time for the estimate (though I almost napped through it) and throughly reviewed the room inside and out then provided my options and a hand-written estimate at a shocking reasonable price. I was hesitant about how my exterior brick/mortar would look following the project and Phil went the extra mile by showing me some other properties where he had done similar work and creating a new mortar sample just for me. On the day of the project Phil again showed up on-time, was respectful of my property, and did an extremely professional and thorough job. The best part is that it actually WORKED! My baby’s nursery maintained heat 3-4 degrees better than it had before which is such a huge relief. I highly recommend Phil & Arvada Insulation and will most definitely be calling him for future insulation projects.

Rapid Raise & Sprays did an excellent job on raising my porch step. I had a large crack in a step leading up to my front porch. Quite an eye sore! They were quick to come out and provide an estimate that was fair and affordable. The work was done quick and professionally. It looks amazing and I am so glad that I called them! Rapid Raise foamed the interior of the garage rope and gable ends of the garage roof and the same for the interior of the main house. Heating and cooling bills both decreased. Less kilowatt hours and less heating natural gas usage were noticed. I would recommend using Rapid Raise for their prompt service and the professional customer service.

Koala Insulation did a fantastic job upgrading the insulation in our attic and other parts of the house. They identified key areas for improvement, and the project plan earned praise from our home energy advisor. When it was discovered on the day the work was to take place that an issue with construction of our house prevented the project from happening as originally planned (and bid), Koala worked to troubleshoot the issue and provided us with a compromise solution that was fairly priced and still allowed for maximum insulation benefit under the circumstances. The Koala team who did the work were friendly, professional, and great to have around. They finished the job quickly and cleaned up completely afterward. We’re looking forward to greater comfort and energy savings this winter!

Absolutely the best service! A year ago we needed to replace a room of insulation for mice mitigation. Koala helped out. They were very professional, on time, and efficient. We decided to finish a bathroom in the basement. So, I called to see if they could do the same thing a remove and replace the insulation. I talked to Justin, and glad I did. He was immensely helpful. He gave great advice and actually did something most businesses don't these days. He actually said the price to do this would be more expensive to go with them, and walked me through how to do it myself and save hundreds! We recently had REenergizeCO perform a Home Energy Audit, and we were extremely pleased with the results! Marissa did a fantastic job with the audit--she was very knowledgable, worked quickly and efficiently, and was very friendly. (As an added bonus, our dog fell in love with Marissa and she might be his new best friend.) The report that we received was helpful in identifying improvements that we want to make to our house to make it more energy efficient, and we appreciated receiving an associated quote to perform the suggested work so we had an idea of how much the upgrades would cost. Overall, we would definitely recommend working with REenergizeCO, especially because of Marissa's great customer service!

Following an energy audit I came across this Xcel Energy registered company. Dexter and his team did a great job upgrading the insulation in our attic to current standards. They were the only company that offered to squeeze into two lower attic areas to also address the insulation there. The team was technically strong, very friendly and considerate, overall everything worked out very well. Two areas that required follow-up: - attic hatch - rather than just increasing the insulation, as proposed, we decided to completely redo the hatch - dam - single wall cardboard was used around the furnace, that does not hold up to physical impact during routine maintenance work in that area. Particle board as used around the hatch should have been specified Costwise Reenergize CO was the highest of 4 quotes, but they also were the ones that were most flexible.

I waited 2 years after getting my solar to write this because I wanted to make sure the company resolves problems that arise post-installation. They do. They have always been super responsive. Also, they just seem like nice people who are not out to steal your money. I noticed this the first time I met one of them. He came to the house to test whether for air leaks and other energy losses. In the end, he told us our house is in great shape and didn't need any work. How often does a contractor tell you that? They installed the solar over the course of two weeks. We had a panel go off line a few months later. They came out and fixed it within two weeks or so. We had a wifi disconnect, they came out to fix that too. No fuss. Great company.

Jason responded to my request for a quote immediately and had the numbers to me the same day. He spent time explaining why I was experiencing heat loss and what steps could be taken to lower my energy bill. He provided multiple insulation options for our home and because of his responsiveness we went with his company. They guys were quick, respectful and clean. They got our job done in a half day. My electric bill was cut in half so the investment into the insulation was well worth it, pays for itself almost. We especially appreciated the military/first responder discount. Jason was even nice enough to come out and help me troubleshoot another issue after the job was complete. I 100% recommend this company.

Connected with Ascend through the Fort Collins energy rebate program. Talked with Lizzy on the phone and Chris came out for the estimate. Super easy to work with and great communication all around. We decided to have our attic sealed (spray foamed) and new blown-in insulation installed. When it came time to do the work, Pete and crew were all very polite, professional and kept our home clean during the process. Again, communication was outstanding. Never was I wondering where we were at in the process or what was happening next. Work was completed on time with no outstanding issues. Highly recommend and will use them again for future projects.

We obtained in-home quotes from several insulation companies to upgrade our home insulation, air seal, and install a whole house fan. After narrowing it down to 2 possible contractors, we chose Timberline Insulation. We were VERY happy with our choice. Reed's in-home inspection was very informative and we found him to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. Their quote was more competitive than the others. He and his 3 man crew were very efficient, tidy, and organized. They completed the extensive job in 1.5 days and were very conscious to leave the area very clean at the end of each day.
