We had a fantastic experience with Koala Insulation. They are an Atmos Gas-approved contractor, which made it easy to secure a $1,000 weatherization rebate. This was a huge help in stretching my elderly parents' budget. The home was built in 2005 and only had an insulation rating of R-12; after their service, it’s now at R-50. The process was smooth, professional, and highly effective. I highly recommend them
These guys were fantastic. I knew the insulation in my attic was low (around 6–10 inches), so they came out, assessed the situation, and provided a quick, clear estimate. I considered doing it myself, but for just a bit more money (and a lot less time and hassle) it made so much more sense to have them handle it. I'm glad I did. The upstairs temperature has dropped by about 5°+ on 90° days, and now it's roughly the same as downstairs which is huge for my A/C unit and electric bill.

We are so happy with the new insulation. Already it has diminished outside noise and we were able to turn the thermostat down 3°. Nice and cozy in here now and in the garage it is so warm now. The staff from beginning to end have been absolutely wonderful and it was a great experience to work with them. Very pleased and very happy.
USA Insulation was easy to work with, there was no high-pressure sales techniques, and Kelly was super responsive to questions I had after quotation. The price was a bit higher than other comparable solutions like RetroFoam, but I am pleased with their service and professionalism of USA Insulation. I noticed a difference pretty immediately where they did the blow-in insulation in the attic. Can't say for sure how well the injection foam insulation is working in the walls, but I figured it certainly couldn't hurt, and I do think it's helped to reduce noise pollution from outside.
