Tom is very thorough and down to earth. He came out, inspected and gave an estimate within a couple days of calling. The estimate was given on a Friday and by Monday afternoon he was here to do the job. The house was cleaned up perfectly afterwards. This company is top notch in my opinion! When building our new modular home we decided to have a 32x32 attached garage built with an attic for storage with access from a typical stairway. Driving to and from our place we would see the Comfort Pro building from the highway. I did some checking and found good reviews on this very same google platform so I called. I was put in touch with Gary, who has since retired, and he was absolutely great to work with. He was timely in providing an estimate and was very honest about timing since this was at the height of covid. Gary indicated several times that it would happen on short notice, and it did indeed, but with Gary continually keeping in contact kept us at the ready by having electrical etc., completed. The applicator(s) were awesome having covered everything as well as working with a couple of other contractors on-site to move a few things around. Outside of foaming two sets of rolled up wires for outside lights (my fault) the job was perfect. We would definitely use them again. December 2023 Update: We used Comfort Pro once again to work on our Box Sills all around the basement. The two guys were on time and did an awesome job removing the Fiberglass Bat insulation then spraying the same foam insulation as we had installed in our garage. Again, I can't say enough about the two gentleman who came to do our project as well as Sean Capelle who provided the estimate and scheduled the work with us. Very accommodating. Thank You!!!

Great experience with Comfort Pro Insulators. Sean was quick to respond to my calls, met me at my cabin and we discussed that I was having an issue with the duct work under the house and the AC not working properly. His guys showed up on time and sprayed the whole underside of the cabin including the duct work. Twenty minutes after they finished, I turned on the AC and it now works like it should as they spray sealed all of the underside duct work!

Sean and the Comfort Pro team were great to work with for my insulation project. They were very thorough when walking through the different options for me in order to turn my exterior garage into a comfortable space in the summer/winter. 🥵🥶🥵🥶 To anyone looking to weatherize their home. I recently had Dan Guse, owner of Home Energy Solutions of Wisconsin do a free complete home audit of my home. He discussed, in detail, what weatherization improvements he was recommending in understandable terms. Thoroughly answered my questions, and quoted me what I feel was a more than fair price. He and his crew came and air sealed my attic and added more blown insulation. They replaced one of my bathroom ceiling exhaust fans. And they removed all the batton insulation in the sills above the basement walls (it had greenish mold on it) and replaced it with foam stuff that seals and insulates better and doesn't grow mold in a damp basement (and yes I run a dehumidifier 24/7 in my basement). Also ran super nice caulk beads around my garage service door and foamed around my 2 overhead door frames (all 3 were poorly replaced by a different company a year ago and you could see daylight around some of the frames). I was so pleased with Home Energy Solutions work AND the incredible clean-up they did, I just had to spread the word ... if you are looking to cut your heat & AC bill and enjoy a comfortable temperature in your home, give them a call! I called Dan at the recommendation of the Focus on Energy contact at my local utility. I own an apartment building built in 1880s and issues in old buildings can be complex and complicated by the myriad of material ages and fixes over the years. Dan is incredibly knowledgable and practical. An insulation and energy nerd, and I mean that as the biggest compliment I could give someone in the field. The solution he proposed fixed my issue and will help protect my building for the next 100 years. He explained everything to me in a manner where I felt informed. He does not oversell and you can trust that he will guide you to the best decision for your goal. While doing the work, he and his crew were exceptionally clean and professional from audit to last screw. I would not trust anyone else with insulation, home comfort or energy needs.

Had Profoamers insulate ½ of basement’s upper box sills with closed cell spray insulation. I was able to handle everything on-line providing the job’s measurements and receiving back a quote. I felt it to be a very fair price. Insulators arrived on time, in fact early. Their truck was very clean and with all the equipment extremely organized. While showing them the scope of the project they stopped me often to ask detailed questions of my exact wishes of how I wanted each portion applied. The process did not take long and upon my inspection, I was pleased to notice everything was cleaned and the floors were swept spotless. It was evident they were pros at doing this and were very proud of the completed job. I would certainly call them in the future and recommend them to anybody that asks me.

Pro-Formers did a great job on my projected. They showed up early and finished on time. Nice job cleaning up after the job was done. I had not sealed some area like I should have, which resulted in some over spray. They kept a positive attitude and cleaned up my miss. Great team of guys. I will use them again.

Delivery Appt time 5am they opened overhead door at 4:30, I backed in, by 4:45 they were already unloading me. Yes I backed down driveway easy enough, and parked overnight to the side so others could get by me. Didn’t mind delivering to this place at all.

TRUCKERS: Don’t pull into lot. Turn left then back down the driveway half way and be sure to stay as far to one side as possible so their work trucks can get through. They had no problem with me parking here overnight. The dock will be the overhead door directly behind you if you backed down the driveway. Super friendly people and they unloaded me an hour before my appointment and I was gone in 20 minutes. My photo is from the vantage point of the dock. That’s the driveway you need to back down.
