Would highly recommend Koala Insulation of the Fox Valley. Brian the owner provided us with a detailed quote to remove areas of old (historic chalky black) insulation, bring in new insulation to bring our attic to code, etc., and installation of solar vents. On the day of the installation Jaxon and Logan provided excellent installation services along with Brian.

The process was professional from start to finish. The office called immediately after we inquired about their services. They came out and looked over our attic and gave us a quote before they left our house. The price was right in line with other quotes and we had a few extras done for the price others were quoting. The install crew was awesome. Faster than expected install and clean up was great. Thanks for the great service Koala.

We have a crawl space Brian and his crew had to do, and not a fun job for them I would say. They did a amazing job! I just had them spray the inside of my 12'x16' cabin in the woods. They did the walls, ceiling, and floor joists (2x4).Everything from their timeliness to replying to my initial inquiry, arranging to see my project, getting me a bid, getting me on the schedule, and getting my project completed was nothing short of a pleasure. They kept me informed the whole time from start to finish. The gentleman that did the spraying was very meticulous and was careful to get every nook and cranny. When they were done, they did an excellent job of trimming the excess, caulking between all of the studs, floor, and top wall plates. They also did an excellent job cleaning up because this process does make a bit of a mess. I was really surprised at how much spray foam solidifies a structure! When they were done, I set up a lazer to start finishing the ceiling and when I walked around, the lazer line didn't move at all! My cabin sits on concrete blocks so it's not real sturdy to begin with but it feels really solid now. I'm in the trades myself and I firmly believe that you get what you pay for and I feel like I got what I paid for and I'm very happy with the job that was done. You can tell in the first 5 minutes of meeting any employee that they take pride in their work and it shows. Thanks a lot to everyone at Rock Road!

I first called Rock Road Company after another spray company that I had lined up had backed out of spraying my house the day before it was supposed to be sprayed. I explained to Carrie my situation along with the tight time line that I had for spraying before my drywall installers were scheduled to do their job. Carrie and Luyk made it a point to go out of their way to come measure my project the day after I called. Rock Road Company was out to my house spray foaming the very next week! The Rock Road crew was very knowledgeable and experienced. They did an excellent job prepping, spraying and cleaning up everything in my house. I will for sure be keeping their number in my contacts for future projects and referring them to anyone that is interested in spray foam. Thank you again Rock Road Company!

At first, I was skeptical about foam insulation for my building due to the perceived high cost. When I contacted Rock Road, they immediately set up an appointment, to which they followed up promptly. While my initial reaction to the bid was that it was high (as I expected,) Luyke and Carrie explained in detail all of the cost aspects of a foaming project. They explained the benefits of foam insulation in detail, which helped me understand the long term value of foam versus fiberglass or blown insulation. I decided to go with them. The crew payed high attention to preparing the job site with thorough masking to ensure all surrounding areas, appliances and fixtures are protected before beginning the spray. The prep work took up the majority of the time, far more than the actual spray (which was fascinating!) The Rock Road crew took tremendous care in their job clean-up; in fact, I was surprised that the clean up took nearly as long as the prep work and was impressed that there was not one spot of foam on a surface it wasn’t intended to be on. Upon completing their work, I was blown away that the final invoice was less than the initial quote. Carrie explained that they plan and bid for every issue and problem, seen and unseen. They do not want the customer surprised with additional costs. If the job goes smoothly with no hidden issues, Rock Road reduces the final invoice. They are more than fair. My experience with Rock Road far exceeded my expectations. I’ve had one year under my belt and I have to say my building is a giant YETI cooler! It took such a small amount of energy to heat and cool the structure that I saved a ton in fuel costs. It is also extremely quiet. The big picture of foam insulation is now clear to me. I highly recommend the Rock Road Company and will use them again in the future.

Tom is very thorough and down to earth. He came out, inspected and gave an estimate within a couple days of calling. The estimate was given on a Friday and by Monday afternoon he was here to do the job. The house was cleaned up perfectly afterwards. This company is top notch in my opinion! If you want a knowledgeable man at a very affordable rate look no farther.

We had a great experience with Accurate-Airtight, from start to finish. We were amazed that in this busy insulation season Steve was able to come do the blower test, explain his recommendation in detail, and get us an estimate. We were also amazed that the crew could fit us in, in November. The crew: Brandon, Chris, Deylan, Mason, Wallace, Joe, and Steve were wonderful: friendly, efficient, careful, and did great work. Our old 1899 house is now performing at much more energy efficient levels. We highly recommend this company!

The warmer summer nights of climate change were pushing my 1909 arts and crafts bungalow to the point of uninhabitability, particularly on the second floor, by making it impossible to air out the house overnight. Derek and James led the plan’s execution with a team of installers who worked tirelessly and with collegial good humor at tasks that were physically challenging and mentally tedious under varying conditions of comfort, or lack thereof, day after day. I never heard a cross word spoken or a voice raised over the course of more than two weeks of work. That’s leadership! Such an old house inevitably yields surprises, but the team problem-solved every challenge and completed every goal. Cory painstakingly documented my home’s condition pre- and post-construction, but I didn’t need data to know the company’s work has paid off. My home has been transformed, and not a day too soon given this summer’s hot nights and hotter days. Now I can enjoy the charm of an older home with the comfort of a new one. Had excellent and responsive planning experiences with Torrance on a tricky insulation condition (uninsulated 2x4 rafter ceiling). Hunter was timely and professional running the Energy Audit and promptly followed up to answer questions I had. The insulation crews were efficient and professional. I would work with them again without hesitation.

When building our new modular home we decided to have a 32x32 attached garage built with an attic for storage with access from a typical stairway. Driving to and from our place we would see the Comfort Pro building from the highway. I did some checking and found good reviews on this very same google platform so I called. I was put in touch with Gary, who has since retired, and he was absolutely great to work with. He was timely in providing an estimate and was very honest about timing since this was at the height of covid. Gary indicated several times that it would happen on short notice, and it did indeed, but with Gary continually keeping in contact kept us at the ready by having electrical etc., completed. The applicator(s) were awesome having covered everything as well as working with a couple of other contractors on-site to move a few things around. Outside of foaming two sets of rolled up wires for outside lights (my fault) the job was perfect. We would definitely use them again. December 2023 Update: We used Comfort Pro once again to work on our Box Sills all around the basement. The two guys were on time and did an awesome job removing the Fiberglass Bat insulation then spraying the same foam insulation as we had installed in our garage. Again, I can't say enough about the two gentleman who came to do our project as well as Sean Capelle who provided the estimate and scheduled the work with us. Very accommodating. Thank You!!!

Great experience with Comfort Pro Insulators. Sean was quick to respond to my calls, met me at my cabin and we discussed that I was having an issue with the duct work under the house and the AC not working properly. His guys showed up on time and sprayed the whole underside of the cabin including the duct work. Twenty minutes after they finished, I turned on the AC and it now works like it should as they spray sealed all of the underside duct work!

Sean and the Comfort Pro team were great to work with for my insulation project. They were very thorough when walking through the different options for me in order to turn my exterior garage into a comfortable space in the summer/winter. Always easy to get ahold of for any questions I had during the process as well!

Beautiful place

I can not review customers work as he apparently didn't want to put in the effort to get the job. To start, the contractor was 45 minutes late to the agreed upon time. When he finally showed to go through the house/attic space to properly give an estimate, he didn't come prepared with a ladder. He asked me if I knew the square footage of my 3 attic/crawl spaces. I'm pretty handy and know quite a bit about my home, but I'm going to guess about .05% of people would know that answer. Not a tape measure in hand, and then asked me for a pen and paper. I already knew at this point I'd never see this guy again. He spoke as though he was the owner and I assumed he was as well. He told me he was going to have an estimate for me that day and that it would come via email. Of course nothing did, but I did receive it the following day. Totally not a big deal... I did mention i was receiving 2 other bid and would be making my decision soon. After opening his bid, he was over $2000 dollars higher than the others. I found it interesting how he came up with his numbers as he never set foot in the attics, just peaked his head through the scuttle... So I called him. And he was traveling and said he'd call me back after the weekend (memorial) to go over the estimate line for line. Since then the job has been done by another contractor, and am quite satisfied with job. Still no call from Paulo.

Delivery Appt time 5am they opened overhead door at 4:30, I backed in, by 4:45 they were already unloading me. Yes I backed down driveway easy enough, and parked overnight to the side so others could get by me. Didn’t mind delivering to this place at all.

TRUCKERS: Don’t pull into lot. Turn left then back down the driveway half way and be sure to stay as far to one side as possible so their work trucks can get through. They had no problem with me parking here overnight. The dock will be the overhead door directly behind you if you backed down the driveway. Super friendly people and they unloaded me an hour before my appointment and I was gone in 20 minutes. My photo is from the vantage point of the dock. That’s the driveway you need to back down.

Kind of small facilities for a big 🚚 but nice people let me sleep on site when I was there had no shift time to drive to a truck stop
