Our 35 year old home began to show signs of foundation issues. Over a three month span we had multiple foundation repair companies offer suggestions for repairs but it wasn’t until Robbie from Patriot Crawl space provided the most thorough inspection and a specific detailed estimate to solve our specific foundation issues. His crew arrived and it was obvious from the start of the job they were prepared and ready to work, the supervisor went over the scope of work with us and how long they would be under our house. We reviewed again that our issues were with doors not closing well and bouncy floors. After two days of extensive repairs we saw immediately that our floors had less bounce and our doors closed like new ! The dynamic duo, April and Robby, are a family-owned business and were very responsive from the initial walkthrough. Robbie came in and immediately let us know what our issues were: sagging floors, moisture problems in our crawlspace, active fungus. He was honest, letting us know what we needed and didn’t need. I had gathered two other quotes aside from Patriot’s and they were by far the one we trusted the most without the usual sales pitch and extremely high estimates. They offered us competitive pricing and the work was completed in a total of 4 days. Their field team (Aaron, James, and Shane) are one of the most hardworking people I’ve encountered. They meticulously fixed up our structure, adding beams where needed, floor joists, encapsulating our crawlspace, and giving us a brand new hallway. Seriously, super hard working guys and they know what they’re doing. April is very responsive via text or phone, and Robby always answered all of our questions we had throughout the project. Patriot crawl space was awesome! First, James was great with the initial inspection and gave us peace of mind that the problems weren’t as bad as we anticipated. Then, Robbie provided an honest assessment of what was going on with our foundation and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. He provided different options and his opinion of what should be done to fix the issues. Lastly, their price was absolutely within reason of the work to be performed. The contract spelled everything out and was itemized to know what exactly we were paying for. And the communication throughout the process was fluid.
