My wife and I were quoted by a popular termite and moisture service and quoted $8,000 to treat moisture. I called Lucas from Premeir Moisture for a second opinion on Thursday, and he showed up FRIDAY morning! Very professional, took me under the house with him and showed me what he was looking for. Once the inspection was complete, he quoted me only $5,000 to complete the work. The best part, is the work was started AND completed SATURDAY by noon! Three days from first contact to job completion. I would recommend Lucas and his team to anybody! Northern Virginia Foam was a life saver for our home-based business. Brian Handy and Antonio, were fantastic. They did a full attic restoration (remove rock wool, air seal, blow in insulation, attic tent, gable vent screens, platform/catwalk, and energy audit). They were great to work with, provided a veterans and cash discount which was very competitive with three other companies quoted. I would work with them again and have referred them to my neighborhood because I was so impressed with their work!
Brian and his crew are extremely polite, hardworking, professional and dedicated to their craft. They thoroughly removed the old insulation on the first day and applied the open-cell spray foam insulation on the second. The difference in our home’s temperature regulation was noticeable almost immediately. We highly recommend their services.
The air sealing and attic blown-in insulation performed by the crew of 3 was nothing short of stellar. They worked diligently and kept me posted on each stage of the progress. It was money well spent period. Temp at the top floor is now constant, and my heat pump runs much less frequently. A++ quality, and work ethics.

We used American Building Systems to handle a small insulation job at our home. Matt Shelton was our contact. Matt returned my call promptly, showed up on time to work up a quote and was very knowledgeable about what had to be done. On the day of the install the big truck and two guys arrived right on time and completed the job quickly. The two workers were respectful to us and our home, cleaned up after and did a great job. The cost was reasonable and competitive. We are very satisfied.
