Super happy with the whole experience. David and his staff were remarkable. Booking was easy and convenient as we used them before to reinsulate our attic. Due to a roof leak, some wet material had to be removed, the area was treated for mold and reinsulated. They also added a solar attic fan to help cool the attic. We recieved a text the morning as promised that Pedro and Magider were on the way, they showed up on time (even early!). They placed floor protection on the stairs and all flooring and did a great job of clean up when completed Job was completed in a couple of hour, so super efficient as well. Highly recommend. I recently hired them for an Insulation installment and I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. What truly set them apart was their honesty, communication and timeliness. For instance,  I scheduled an estimate on Saturday, we met with Mr. Dave on Monday.   Mr. Dave presented with knowledge, identified all areas of concern and recommended products that would help the longevity of the insulation in the attic.The administrative team Ms. Melysa, contacted me to schedule and confirm the appointment for Friday. She was very polite, professional and initiated a welcoming atmosphere for Attic Buddies. Attic Buddies completed my main attic and garage attic on Friday.  Pedro and Chino, worked very efficiently in the high heat temperature of the attics. Dave the owner was great he came early to scope out my attic since I’m unable to get up there to take pictures for him. Pedro and Chico worked as a team efficiently and non-stop till the job was finished. They were careful covering the floor as not to make a mess or track anything throughout the house. Michael and his crew were meticulous. They moved our 30 year old junks out of the attic, carefully covered the floor and furniture while bringing the pipes through, and they try their best to be quiet while doing all these. Their equipment were great, sucking out old insulation and blowing in new ones swiftly. At the end, they carefully clean up around. While doing these, everyone was courteous and communicative. They didn't just replaced insulation, they also wrapped our heater, built barriers around the vent and heat sources and covered the back of the lamps, they also sanitized the attic which was trashed by intruding animals through out the years. Their service was beyond expectation. Attached is a photo of the pristine insulation they installed.

Had Jimmy come out and quote me for adding an additional 4" of Insulation throughout and also a Solar Fan. Price was reasonable so Jimmy and colleague came out for the install a week later. They did a great job on both the fan and the insulation. Overall, a very professional service from start to finish. Very pleased.

Jimmy w/Koala was so very pleasant to deal with from first meeting to discuss adding additional insulation to the completion of the job. He and his employee came in and did a great job, installing the insulation and the attic hatch master at the attic stairwell very efficiently, without any issues. Jimmy and his team at Koala Insulation came out and did an amazing job of air sealing the light fixtures and topped off our existing blown-in fiberglass insulation to ensure 13" or more everywhere. Very friendly and answered all my questions.
