The entire attic insulation job was very professional from the initial phone consultation to the actual application. All questions were answered with appropriate description of the process. Before application of the insulation into my attic we discussed points of interest and the plan was followed. The insulation was layered very evenly and neatly into to the correct depth. It is a hot job but done write. The commercial equipment blower trailer used was heavy duty and 20 times better than any rental blower equipment. This home is very old and the original 40 year old insulation settled into the rafters. My new HVAC could not keep up to cool my 1400sqft home to below 78 degrees by evening as of early June 2023. NOW after the new insulation was applied the HVAC is not constantly running and I can keep the thermostat at 68 degrees with 98 degree weather outside:)!!! The price was great and well worth every penny! Note: I also run a dehumidifier now in my middle hall way to dry the air to about 50% humidity which makes it feel even cooler so I set the thermostat to 70. Thanks Melvin!!!:)

Parker Insulation has been great to us from the beginning! I submitted an estimate request online via their website and within an hour, Ken gave me a call to set up an appointment. We ordered replacement for six windows which took a little bit of time to come in due to COVID-19. Ken kept us informed of the order status and as soon as they were in, we set an installation date for the next week. At 7:30am, the windows were dropped off and by 9:00am (right on schedule), the crew showed up to install. Ken swung by during work and after completion to ensure everything was satisfactory.
