I sent a request for a quote via the website. That evening I got a call from Mark, the owner. He came by and took a look at the space I wanted to insulate. [attic over garage as well as the water lines in that area] Mark gave us a quote and scheduled us for the 1st part of the next week. He wasn't able to come on the day he scheduled, but he did call prior to the scheduled time to reschedule for the following day. [I appreciate the call!] Mark and his team showed up on time, and did everything he said he would. He, and his team, were professional , courteous, and had the job done in a timely fashion. I could not be more satisfied with an HVAC company. Jay Suggs is awesome! I called him the day before my maintenance was scheduled to see about rescheduling it because I had a conflict. He quickly moved his schedule around to accommodate me the next day. He is very patient and always takes the time to answer all my questions and explain everything. We have used Tech Service out of Conway for 20+ years and Jay is outstanding! He always arrives on time, if not early and conducts himself very professionally! I highly recommend Jay and Tech Service/Conway. You will not be disappointed.
