I ended up talking to Jake, who came out to take a look. He was super professional, walked through the crawl space with me, and explained what they could do with spray foam to fix the problem. The crew showed up right when they said they would, got the whole job done in one day, and left everything clean. Jake even followed up with me the next week to check how things were holding up.
