We used McNulty Construction on two separate occasions. First was to put new siding on the front of our house. The second time was about 4 months later to demo our small 4x6 porch and expand it to a 8x34 porch. Both times the crew was fantastic. They did high quality work, were professional, helpful and patient with us when trying to decide colors and styles for the porch. Chris, the foreman, was a real nice guy and very helpful in helping us with tips, advice and to envision how to make this look the best. Since they are such a small company and crew, communication is sometimes slow but Donna will always get back to you and when she can't answer something, Scott will reach out. They were super affordable and the quality of the work was great as expected. We have zero complaints about McNulty Construction, their crew or their workmanship. Our house is day and night better after working with them!
I've used McNulty construction for several jobs at my house. The quality of the work was excellent and the price was very competitive. Depending on the size of your job you may have to wait a for an opening between his bigger jobs but it's worth a short wait. I highly recommend Scott McNulty and have referred him to my friends and family.
