Spray Foam Insulation in Omaha, NE

I highly recommend Nebraska Spray Form LLC. Matt and Jason are professional, hard-working, courteous, and knowledgeable in their craft. They added 10" fiberglass insulation to my entire attic plus garage and installed a "wall" around my vaulted ceiling so in summer the heat of the attic doesn't filter down into the house. They explained what they planned to do, and when the work was completed they assisted me up the ladder to the attic to see their completed work. The price was affordable and fair. Rarely has a household project gone so smoothly and efficiently. The work was completed, start to finish, in 3 hours.

Koala was a great experience from start to finish. The quote came with a thorough explanation of what we needed and also didn't need, in case another company tried to upsell us. They came the next week for installation and were very professional. They were done in 2 hours and took before and after pictures for us. I'd definitely recommend them.

If you’re delivering in a tractor-trailer you’ll want to use 148th street so you’re set up for a sight side back into the docks. I backed into the covered dock and had to hug the left curb with tandems full forward. Once the tandems clear the island start the turn and you’ll get in fine. Little room but doable and there is very light traffic so no worries there. Very friendly and helpful service here.

Nice place, very good people, right off the highway easy to find and very close to snapp bros truck stop. U do have to back in off the street but theres low traffic and plenty of room.

Awesome guys. Always fast loading and unloading. For trucks need to come from the left if facing Allied, in order to back in dock.

I have used Ultimate Spray Foam twice. They are by far the cheapest spray foam company I have found. I’ll hire them again when we are ready for them. When I was shopping the market getting quotes, a lot of contractors seemed like they didn’t want to spray foam a 600 sq. ft. attic and the prices were outrageous. I think other spray foam contractors only want big industrial jobs. Bob and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. Came and gave a quote and got us on the schedule the next week! Very happy we hired USF!

Bob and Tom did a great job for insulating the walls and ceiling in my pole building. Not only did it seal up all the drafts making it easier to heat it also brightened it up a lot. They left the building squeaky clean when they were done! I have used them before and will use them again!

Josh and Ysrael arrived today to blow 17” inches of insulation into my attic. Very nice guys, great cleanup, and the work looks fantastic. I was able to pop my head up there myself before they left to take a look and they sent me photos. Huge difference and happy I went with the nerds!

We got our upstairs insulated less than a week ago and we can already tell a big difference in our house! We got 2 other quotes and they were only going to do half the work that Midwest Quality Insulation was able to do. Thorough, professional, great work. Very happy with their service.

Chad came out and was going to give me an estimate to insulate my garage, could have easily taken advantage of my lack of understanding in the insulation world. However he was honest and very, very helpful. I am going to refer him to anyone I know that needs his services and I strongly recommend them.

Took his recommendation to go to higher R value and the added cost was very reasonable. I could immediately tell the difference it made in temperature upstairs and the electric bill. Our experience with this company was nothing but positive. We were referred to this company when another contractor stood us up. We worked with Chad and he was prompt with responding to our request for a quote to re-insulate our attic and a space in our kitchen that was having issues.We received our quote within a week and the job was scheduled and done within another 2 weeks. The other companies we got quotes from wouldn't even address the issue in our kitchen. The insulators were here when they said they would be and the job was done in the timeframe they promised. Chad came by afterwards and inspected the work. From start to finish he was friendly and informative. We would recommend them to anyone needing insulation work done in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.

We had a great experience with Cornhusker Insulation. Chad was great to work with and was very educational and honest about bringing our insulation level in our attic up to standards. Also, the crew that performed the work was so quick and efficient! Would highly recommend!

Beware!!! In 35 years of being around construction, this is by far the worst company I have ever seen. Our salesmen, Nate, told me that “ I should have used another company” when I emailed him about the common sense errors on their installers part (see pictures). Not only did they not speak a bit of English, they seemed very confused about the obvious work that needed to be corrected. They didn't follow the peak of the roof all the way up and therefore had to come back out to redo it. When you say you need the whole house insulated, I am not sure how or why you would leave two spaces in the outside kitchen wall (see picture) with old insulation, considering that we paid extra to upgrade to a better insulation. Just no common sense on their part! They also did not put the plastic sheeting on all the outside walls, not sure how you can even justify that amount of stupidity. We paid for R50 blown insulation in the attic, which was an upgrade, and they installed R38 instead, just another place we got ripped off by them. We ended up paying almost $200 for a dumpster to haul away the insulation that they had to remove in order to do the job correctly and it was their mistake!! Terry, the manager, is an absolute putz! He wouldn’t give me any contact information for his manager, clearly he did not want his manager to know what a horrible job was done. Also, their invoicing is done with smoke and mirrors, you can’t make heads or tails out of the work they did and what they billed for, nothing matches up. Tell everyone you know about this review and do not use them, unless you want to get ripped off.

I build custom log homes and been working with Gill and dozens of jobs for 8 years. He has always stood behind his work and had delivered the job on time. Anytime there was a issue he answered his phone the first call and would have it taken care of right away. Their prices been competitive and continue to do work with them.

We just built a two-car garage with 10 1/2 walls. They came out give us a bid a week later they came out and did the job. There was only one installer and he was Absolutely Amazing. He was top of the line. We paid right then.He was done in 2 hours and we have taller walls. Best insulation job my husband has ever seen. He said that guy was so so nice and friendly. My husband couldn't talk good enough about this installer. We would hire them again in a minute. 💯 Satisfied with Seal Rite!!!!! Thank you Seal Rite!!!
