I'm an interior designer with The Modern Hive and have collaborated with the Cherry Ridge Construction team on numerous occassions and have always had wonderful outcomes with projects we have worked on together! A good contractor is hard to come by, and I've always enjoyed working with Cherry Ridge. Chris and his team have always taken my design plan created for the client and implemented the design seamlessly and with the most attention to detail. I can always rest assured referring any client to the CRC team knowing that they will take good care of them and provide a quality outcome.
Cherry Ridge Construction is excellent to work with! I've hired them for several projects over the years. Our projects ranged from light commercial to heavy commercial construction, several of which were outside the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro area. I realize Cherry Ridge is mostly known as a home builder, but they area equally skilled in commercial construction. Chris Rochleau and his team are professional, smart and creative. They follow-through with action and integrity on every detail. Communication throughout each project was great. I felt like Chris always had my back and wanted what was best for all involved. I wish I lived closer to Council Bluffs, because I'd hire Chris to build a home for me in a heartbeat.

During the cold snap in December when we experienced 40 Mph winds well below zero for over 3 days, the wind actually moved some of the blown in insulation in our attic on the west side, leaving some frost in the house near the ceiling. I contacted Heartland Foam in Red Oak because that's who sprayed foam in our walls under construction back in 2019. I told Jeff, I needed an estimate right away, he sent a guy out. He was very polite and went right to work to get our estimate done. Within two weeks a crew of 3 arrived, they are all hard working and want to make sure we are happy with the end product. They even let me get up in the attic to watch them spray some of that foam. I can't say enough good things about this company and the employees. If I could give them more stars, I would. Their prices are fair and they work hard to get the job done and do an excellent job of clean up at the end. Highly recommended for existing or new construction.
They spray foamed my entire house and the quality of work was unmatched. They did it in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend these guys for your future spray foam needs.

Mike Dennis, the newer subcontractor for Showcase Homes, was suppose to come and fix my attic insulation (air leaks and frost on the ceilings) problems that were suppose to be fixed under warranty. He did not. He was not the original contractor who installed the insulation but he said he would fix it and pay for it himself because he didn't want to lose his work with Showcase. He repeatedly ignored phone calls, texts, had numerous excuses, and then finally stopped responding to texts over a 9 month period. I would not recommend this contractor.
first appointment they were a no show, called back they came out later, he took my information to email me a quote, i still haven't received a quote. I text him and saw he read my text, still no quote. Consumers shouldn't have to chase down contractors.
