It was world-class service, start to finish. By installing a water management system, ventilation fans, a condensation pump, a sump pump, removing all mold, and encapsulating our crawl space, they have prolonged the life of our home. I cannot say enough good words about Crawl Space Ninja. They literally saved our home sale! Home inspections recommended mold remediation and encapsultion in order to protect the crawl space area and ensure resident health and safety. Peter came out for the intital inspection and recommended a plan without trying to oversell the project. The project manager, Steven, came out to access the materials needed to complete the job and scheduled the work. Our buyers requested a specific time line which Steven and crew - Cameron, Kevin, and Matthew - were able to accomodate earlier than planned. The work was professionally implemented with proficient attention to detail. Our first time home buyers were very pleased with the quality of work as were we. Our attic insulation project experienced a brief delay at the beginning due to unforeseen mechanical issues. However, once the crew arrived, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a strong work ethic. The team (Cody and Dominic) worked diligently, even staying late to ensure the project was completed on time and to a high standard. They were courteous, respectful and maintained a clean and organized work area throughout the process. The quality of their work and their commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding. Rob and Chris did a great job. They installed a whole attic radiant barrier and added blown in insulation to take out attic to R38. They were efficient and clean. I highly recommend Koala insulation.

The crews that came out to insulate my attic and install my solar fan were great. Scope of work was discussed prior to it beginning and my input was solicited prior to placement of the attic fan. The crew was also very accommodating of the crowed work site as I had several trades on site at the same time. I’m very happy with the results.

They were great! Did a very thorough job of insulating the attic - in compliance with Duke Energy rebate plan. They were thorough but quick, better than the other 3 companies using more insulation than the others and at a lower price even though they provided radiant heat barriers for all knee wall and attic access doors. Communication was excellent with them and they handled all forms needed by Duke for getting my rebate.

Chris and company helped us out when we first moved here in 2013. Installed energy efficient wrap in the attic. Over next few years All About Energy Solutions has installed energy efficient lighting, protective wrap in crawl space, and extra insulation in attic. Chris and crew are knowledgeable professionals. They stand behind their products and have repaired or adjusted what they installed without any extra charge.

A few months ago, we started to smell a musty odor in our house. I had a handful of contractors look at the crawl space to determine the source of the smell. One heating and air company said I needed all new duct work. Another said I did not need any duct work replaced. I had three insulation companies look at it and it turns out the smell was coming from some wet insulation caused by a since-replaced water heater. Chris also noted some evidence of past animal activity under the house which also led to some of the smell. Chris suggested I replace the insulation, fog the crawlspace with a disenfectant and add a new vapor barrier. So far that approach seems to have done the trick. His estimate seemed fair for the scope of work proposed. I want to commend Tammy for her good communication skills and his crew of Terrance and Canaan. They were professional and courteous. I would recommend All About Energy Solutions to my friends and family.

We had gutters installed by Blown Rite and Kris was on top of it! Personal and professional, work was completed quickly and we are very pleased with the finished product. I work in the construction industry and know how hectic it can be, they made us feel like we really mattered. We would recommend them to all my family and friends.

We added oversized gutters and gutter guards based on their recommendation. They also added insulation to our attic. The products delivered are outstanding; service was excellent; and the people are super professional and efficient. Both jobs were completed quickly and when finished they took all the trash with them. Their pricing is extremely fair. If you need gutters and/or insulation you don’t need to look further.
