I’ve always thought of insulation as just keeping your house warm in the winter. Stuff a little fiberglass in the wall and away we go… Man, was I wrong! After talking with Jason, I never realized how important a quality insulation job was. This guy knows more about insulation than a doctor does about medicine! Ignorantly, I’ve thought of “vapor sealing” as one of those unimportant codes. “Back in the day” there wasn’t such a thing and everything was just fine… So I thought… Seeing how warm humid air builds frost on poorly sealed walls was an eye opener for me. Jason has options for everyone’s budget. I chose to have our new shop walls spray foamed. The wall/roof transition was foamed in and the ceiling was blown in with fiberglass. The time and attention to detail Jason provides on his jobs is second to none. I think about it every time I shut the door to the new shop. The spray foam adds 30% more strength to the walls (correct me if I’m wrong) and it’s a very noticeable improvement. A rigid “thunk” and the door stops. No continued door vibration or shaking in the walls like our old shop doors did when you close them. The vapor sealing quality that foam provides is amazing. I wish I would have consulted Jason before I personally insulated my house. I would have had him spray foam it in a heartbeat if I only knew how superior a professional job like his was. Don’t take your insulation for granted and settle for a poor quality job by someone uneducated. Give Jason a call and you’ll see why I recommend him every chance I get! You won’t regret it.
