I have an older house that has cold floors and I reached out to ask if they would be able to help in anyway with spraying the cellar walls and any place they could reach. It was such an amazing experience the whole way through. They came to look everything over, were open and honest about how it all worked and what they could get to and try and how they thought it might help. They were able to reach all the areas we talk about and left everything as it was before they came (maybe even cleaner!) They were so incredibly friendly and available for all questions and concerns. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future home projects for myself and family/friends.

I asked Waterway to come out for an estimate and after an honest opinion, spray insulation wasn't what we truly needed. Travis was beyond helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. He helped us with a lot by giving us the honest truth. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Fox cities retro foam. What can I say about this business. We had our walls insulated everything went fantastic great clean up. Great communication. Great team work. Than we had our attic also redid with insulation as will that wasn't as great we had some hiccups with some insulation was suppose to be a 2 day job turn to a 3 day job. Communication was a bit of a struggle but once I called the project manager and he was aware of every thing things started to go better til they accident broke our front door from having it open to far and had to much stress and the wind took it and it pulled it out. But long story short they fixed our broken door great communication it resolved everything. Would I recommend them? Yes If you feel you need to reach out because something isn't right. Fox Cities RetroFoam of Wausau, sent two workman, Zach and Alex, to install foam insulation in our walls. We own an old manufactured home which needed new insulation badly. The two man crew showed up on time (9am), introduced themselves and promptly went to work. Finishing the South side and east end, they reported in to us and left for the day. They returned the next day promptly at 9am and again went right to work. Finishing up the North side and West end they cleaned up any mess they might have made. Couldn't even tell they had been here. Very happy with the crew and their work. Was it worth the cost? Too early to tell. We heat with propane. It's refreshed on a keep fill basis and we have a couple of weeks to go before the refill. I'll repost here the results. But, so far the house seems less drafty. We're happy.

If we could give 10 stars, we would! After another local insulation company left us hanging right as we were moving into Winter, Derrick of Lauren Spray Foam showed up and saved the day. He not only returned our calls promptly, he showed up exactly when he said he would and he did a wonderful job. He was affordable, professional, timely, and super reliable. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

I was very happy with Lauren Spray Foam. Derrick did an excellent job on my pole building. He answered my calls, showed up when he said he would and was very knowledgeable about the product he was using.

Derrick is capable, reliable, conscientious, and has new equipment. He knows his business - measures temp and humidity level of the surface to be sprayed and air temps which affect adhesion. He preheats the room with an external heater, and keeps his foam drums in a heated space which affects the volume and chemical mix of the foam. He uses the least toxic/ most environmentally-friendly foam available (HFO, not HFC) so the smell is minimal and gone within an hour of spraying. He protected our historic log cabin and new timber frame from overspray and did a thorough job cleaning up. Price was reasonable. Great contractor!

I found working with Mike a refreshing experience. Compared to the two previous contractors that bid the job, he was very fair, reasonable solutions and offered value the others did not. Job well done!

Hired Mike for basememt rim joice spray foaming in the spring and it went so well I had him back out in the fall to do the attic. In both cases they removed the old insulation and did a great job with foam. He also does a good job of explaining the process and quote.

We are very impressed with the work done.we were kept informed about the difficulty spray foaming in high humidity and heat . We were able to work together and they were willing to change and adapt to our needs. They also did a great job with clean up . We highly recomend them!

Mitch was very careful and clean when insulating our garage roof and loft space. Everything looks great. And the proof is in the pudding: The temperature today was 92 degrees and sunny. The hottest the garage loft got was 77 degrees. Nothing more to say. Thanks Mitch.

It's easy to give a good rating when things go well. I had some issues with my blown in insulation and my recessed lights off gasing. I contacted Delton and he stood by his product and took care of all the issues. I will recommend him to anyone looking for insulation. Great company!

I had my garage insulated last fall and it couldnt have gone smoother. The owner really knows what he is doing. He took the time to be thorough and go through all parts of my house for insualtion needs, laying out what he would recommend (and why) along with pictures he took and explained my most immediate problems. When they showed up to do the work they made sure everything was done correctly and to my expectations. My pricing was fair and clearly explained so there was no confusion. The owner Brandon is a stand up guy and absolutely delivers quality work. I would gladly recommend him to anyone I know.

EC Insulation did a fantastic job on the spray foam for my tiny house. Their team was prompt and courteous. They did a great job trimming back the foam between the studs and when I noticed a small area that was missed, they sent someone out right away to take care of it. Met with six different contractors to put a new spray foam roof on a commercial building. Of the six, three said they would do it. Of the three, the first one said he just had employees walk out on him and could no longer do it, the second one said their machine broke (not sure when they would get a new one), the third company could not source the materials. Frustrated with the market, I reached out to two more contractors vetted through local channels. The first was available immediately but unable to provide a warranty for their work, and the second company was EC Insulation. Their sales rep provided me with an estimate three days after an on-site visitation (friday) and said if the contract was signed by Saturday they would start on Monday. Monday they showed up with a fleet of trucks. By Tuesday they had finished 90% of the job. On Wednesday they brought to my attention new issue and provided a solution. Thursday the job was done. They did not pressure me for an immediate payment and wanted to wait until I had a chance to view the finished job before submitting the final bill. They did what nobody else could in an unfathomable time frame. Professional from start to finish and their pricing was fair, maybe even undervalued for their quality, warranty, and timeliness. Their crew worked with me through the whole process and kept me updated with issues. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
