Spray Foam Insulation in Portland, ME

Just had our first experience working with Southern ME Spray Insulation and it won't be our last. Molly was super helpful and efficient checking out the project and providing a quote, then saved us with a last minute schedule change for inspections. The guys installed in sweaty conditions and were very conscientious of the site and answered all our questions. Cleanup exceeded expectations. This is an excellent company that will do a great job handling all your weatherization and insulation needs!! Landlords pay attention: The tenants in my three unit rental building building met the income requirements for the York County Community Action Weatherization Program. Southern Maine Spray Insulation was contracted by the community action program to do the work which was extensive. It required three days of work that left nothing undone. Molly was a pleasure to deal with and she helped schedule the work. Communication was always prompt and accurate! Patrick, the owner, worked as hard as any of the crew. They were always prompt and very considerate of the tenants and my concerns. They worked as a efficient team that clearly enjoyed each other and they were very proud of their work! They were awesome and hard working the entire time. Be a sport and buy them lunch and perhaps a tip if you like their work as much as I did! I will also be contacting Molly in the near future to have a look at my own house.

These folks installed new basement windows and sprayed the stone foundation walls in our basement. Could not be happier with the work. Turned a dusty dingy basement into a bright, clean, and warm space. The cleanup after the work was great; could hardly tell the crew was even there after they finished. Molly is great source of information and was fantastic to work with throughout the whole process. The estimate was detailed and the process with the state rebate well defined. Highly recommended!

From Mike in the office and Aaron and Joe in the field the communication, attention to detail, workmanship and professionalism were outstanding. A five star rating doesn’t do them justice. If I could give them 50 stars I would!! And their price was much lower than the 4 other quotes that I received. Thanks so very much gentleman!!!

Aaron and Mike worked with us for a looongtime as we got our basement space dry enough for install. Quote was fair and communication was consistent. Could not recommend enough. Aaron, the head installer, was particularly great to work with.

Incredibly efficient & professional company from the owner, Bob, who explains a detailed estimate to the office manager, Mike, who follows up to make sure all is in order to the installer Aaron, who provides a clean and impeccable result. I highly recommend Spray Foam of Maine if you want it done right! It is now a week later. We could not be happier, AAron insulated our cellar ceiling. The house is so warm we are having to relearn how to stoke the wood stove! Floor is 10-15 degrees F warmer. Can't believe the results.

We used Quantum to spray foam insulation for a new addition to our home. Communication was excellent, and the work was done exactly when scheduled. The crew were diligent, professional and friendly. Great company, and we would use them again without hesitation!!

The two workers were fast and thorough, getting a 40'x40'x12' building complete within 2 days! Everyone was pleasant to work with and not only did they do an excellent job, they cleaned up the area so well too. I am grateful for the work that was done and love the paint added, it matches the building well and will serve as a great fire barrier to the spray foam insulation. Going with 3" spray foam insulation was a great choice, it really made the building solid and I'm confident this will serve us well for the winter months ahead. Thanks again!

Ryan and his team did a fantastic job and got it done in one day! He came to do an assessment and was quick and knew exactly what we needed. They were very affordable too! I am very satisfied with the job. They sprayed the whole second floor. The rooms were cleaned up after as well. They also pumped C into the cavities of the room below then drilled in from the outside for the walls that were not accessible. I had to look hard to see where they had drilled in (our house is shingled). I would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Casco Bay Insulation for insulation work on home and basement. They were always on time, communication was exceptional and the quality of product and work outstanding. The installation crew was vey personable and the company in general was a pleasure to work with because of the good people they hire. Our basement is now fully insulated, we now can use the space which before was not possible because it was too cold and drafty. The floors and closets upstairs are now warm as the heat stays upstairs and we no longer lose a ton of heat through the basement. It was great to work with Josiah and the crew of Paul and Josh. The guys installed cellulose insulation in the attic, working in very cold weather. Despite the cold, the three were always cheerful and hardworking. They cleaned up so well every day that you could not tell they had been there. I recommend them highly.

Our house is a tricky one being 4 stories and involved having to partner with our neighbors to insulate a shared eaves space. I shopped around and after talking with Elli in the office.. she was so down to earth and so nice and helpfull I was impressed with this level of attention. Their prices were fair, lower then some. Dylan Alley came by and measured for the work to be done and again a great guy and so knowledgeable. The workers came to install the insulation they were on time and did a great job, I have had several friends and family and some carpenters by and every one is impressed with the insulation job. None of us have ever seen an insulation job any better, so smooth hardly a wrinkle. This company really takes pride in doing a good job and doing it right the first time. I cannot recommend Insulation of Maine, Inc any higher.

Jason and his family were all very professional. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job in a timely fashion. The insulation made a noticeable difference in our house. We had a couple of questions about insulation for an extremely small job we were doing ourselves, Jason responded right away and answered all our questions. I had a great experience with Evergreen. They insulated my attic, and it’s made a tremendous difference! Their crew was professional, courteous, and did top notch work. And the folks at Evergreen made the process of coordinating with Efficiency Maine for rebates/financing easy! They helped make it affordable, and I probably wouldn’t have been able to do it without them. My project took place toward the end of the year, so there were a lot of hurdles, like holidays, snowstorms, etc. They made sure the work was completed before year end deadlines and ensured that I didn’t miss out on any rebates or tax credits. I would have no hesitation using them again, and I highly recommend them!

Working with Evergreen was great. We explained to them the problems that we were having and they came up with the best solution and worked within our budget and helped us with all of the rebates available to us. Workers showed up on time and worked very cleanly. Once the project was completed it was like they were never there. Our salesman Dave was also great, anytime we had a question he was always available with an answer. The rest of the staff that we dealt with as well were great and professional during the entire process as well.

Great Service. I will be using them again! I got a call back the day after I left a message. Sean came out maybe a day later. I had a quote the next morning. We put a day on the calendar for them to do the job and they showed up on that day! They did spray/fiberglass combo to keep the cost down for me...but gave me a few different options but the combo make the most sense for the job. When the project was done I had a few questions and Sean answered them and even sent a crew back to tweak a few things make sure it was all done to my satisfaction. Hire these guys! Don't bother calling 2-3 other places. They all called me back 2 days after I had already scheduled an appointment with NE Spray. Thanks Sean.

Exceptional experience. Paul Alcorn was very easy to work through the estimate with, Craig was able to fit me in to an open slot almost immediately and the experienced installers did a great installation job. The project management and follow up were very professional and impressive. This was definitely a positive experience and a company I will surely work with again.

This company is the best of the best. Had another company come they didn't have a clue. I had expected my job to be about a week long. Their fiberglass guy came and got the entire job done that day.
