fabulous visit with Carlos who Came from the Atlas company via PEpco empowerment program. He spent a lot of time here- replacing lightbulbs, shower heads, and more!!! Explained everything, very polite ( wore shoe covers and spoke very politely) and went above and beyond
Pedro Cunha was absolutely stellar in terms of the service he provided. He was highly knowledgeable, extremely courteous and steadfastly professional. When he was done, we had 14 new lightbulbs, a new showerhead and a foam insulator for our water heater. Beyond that, he gave me other great tips and advice for saving energy. His service was so good, I will be recommending Pepco’s energy savings program on our neighborhood listserv.
