Sprayed my attic and under my house. My attic is cooler and not as humid as before. I can defiantly tell the difference. My house is high off the ground so now in winter my floors don’t feel like ice anymore. It cut my electricity bill in half. Great service and price. The technician was great. I can’t possibly say enough good things about this company. When I decided that I wanted to have foam insulation sprayed into my building I reached out to several different insulation companies to have them provide an estimate and not only was BHI significantly cheaper than any of the others but they were quick to reply, had great communication throughout the entire process, extremely personable, and had no problem with answering any questions and providing me with resources to explain my options. Had open cell spray foam retrofitted to an existing 50 year old home. Workers seemed competent, and were friendly. Looks like a good install to my untrained eye. There were a few mistakes that had to be rectified. Nothing big, and it was properly repaired. Properly. More importantly, the very experienced painter ended up repairing more of my garage acoustic ceiling than he needed to. So now my whole garage looks better, not just their 2 accidents. This was in a truss roof, with 2x4s instead of 2x6. I will say that from the first night the temperature felt more even in the house. Will not install spray foam in summer. I'm one of the last this year, sorry. It's just 130° up there and these guys are wearing non breathable suits to protect their clothing and arms and respirators with face shields. The real deal masks. I feel like that decision is geared toward protecting their talent. And I like it. We should all have a boss making sure we aren't asked to do dangerous things.

WOW! Extremely happy with our spray foam attic! I was very hesitant in having this done after reading so many bad stories on the internet where people have had issue with odor and health problems after spraying their homes. I expressed all of my concerns and questions to Ira and he answered all of them and encouraged me to do my own research as well. (These problems tend to be from bad installation by untrained and uncertified individuals) He is very knowledgeable and informative as is his entire crew. Everyone that came to the house was professional, courteous, well prepared, knowledgeable, and just made me feel at ease. They were all able to answer any of my questions and I had a bunch. The process was expedited quickly. They were very prompt to come out and inspect, provide the quote, and then get started right away with the installation. I glad I made the call to Sunlight Contractors and will definitely use them in the future for my contracting needs.

Absolutely the best experience. Extremely knowledgeable. They were timely and honest! I will admit I was worried about surprise fees but they were true to their word. There was even an unforeseen issue that popped up and the owner said they should have caught it and he covered the extra material costs and didn’t charge me a thing extra. Excellent work on bringing our attic insulation up to current code. The final appearance was just about perfect. They arrived within one day of the quote approval. They cleaned up before they left. I could not have bought the materials and installed it myself for the same price as their complete service. Mr. Trevor, the supervisor, said that the AC unit would run much less after the new attic insulation. He was correct, as last night, the ac unit only cycled three times!
