Fontenot Insulation insulated my home. What a big difference it made! My home is much quieter & the AC runs half the time it use to which saves a lot on my energy bill. I’m so glad they did my home! I was so happy with this awesome team from Fontenot Insulation! They removed all my old attic insulation and blew in a R-30 rating. OMG!!! My central air unit is now running half the time it did previously. The house stays cool finally! And these guys clean up after themselves. The cost and quality workmanship are terrific! I highly recommend Air Tight Construction for all air conditioning needs. Last night's thunderstorm damaged the capacitor in my outdoor unit. I left a message last night and followed up at 7:15 this morning. They arrived at my doorstep by 8:30 and had my air conditioning system operational by 9:00. Air Tight Construction has been my trusted provider for air conditioning services over the past several years, consistently delivering prompt responses and exceptional service.

So myself and my family had an Air conditioning emergency last August of 2022. Luckily my father in law made a call to his people which is LLC AIR TIGHT CONSTRUCTION and they came right away. Our outside unit had died to be blunt and I was worried for my family with the heat overall. They came and were beyond professional, beyond courteous and pleasant from what my family tells me. There work is incredible and clean and neat and our Outside unit has been running like it’s one 1ST place in every race and ain’t looking back 😃💪🏽. Had open cell spray foam retrofitted to an existing 50 year old home. Workers seemed competent, and were friendly. Looks like a good install to my untrained eye. There were a few mistakes that had to be rectified. Nothing big, and it was properly repaired. Properly. More importantly, the very experienced painter ended up repairing more of my garage acoustic ceiling than he needed to. So now my whole garage looks better, not just their 2 accidents. This was in a truss roof, with 2x4s instead of 2x6. I will say that from the first night the temperature felt more even in the house. Will not install spray foam in summer. I'm one of the last this year, sorry. It's just 130° up there and these guys are wearing non breathable suits to protect their clothing and arms and respirators with face shields. The real deal masks. I feel like that decision is geared toward protecting their talent. And I like it. We should all have a boss making sure we aren't asked to do dangerous things.

After our house was damaged by a motor vehicle accident, we contacted sunlight contractors to help us with the repair. They did an inspection and also gave us excellent referrals for people in unrelated areas of house maintenance. Ira and his team were very communicative, always respectful, and always looking out for the best for us and our home. During the work, the damage was noted to be more extensive than previously thought. Ira would call me and keep me up-to-date, and we got through these difficult times respectfully as a team. They let me know what was most important, were understanding of our financial situation, and were not quoting additional unnecessary services to price gouge us. The final product is beautiful, you could never tell that the house went through an accident. I would 100% recommend Ira and sunlight contractors for any repair. WOW! Extremely happy with our spray foam attic! I was very hesitant in having this done after reading so many bad stories on the internet where people have had issue with odor and health problems after spraying their homes. I expressed all of my concerns and questions to Ira and he answered all of them and encouraged me to do my own research as well. (These problems tend to be from bad installation by untrained and uncertified individuals) He is very knowledgeable and informative as is his entire crew. Everyone that came to the house was professional, courteous, well prepared, knowledgeable, and just made me feel at ease. They were all able to answer any of my questions and I had a bunch. The process was expedited quickly. They were very prompt to come out and inspect, provide the quote, and then get started right away with the installation. I glad I made the call to Sunlight Contractors and will definitely use them in the future for my contracting needs.

Absolutely the best experience. Extremely knowledgeable. They were timely and honest! I will admit I was worried about surprise fees but they were true to their word. There was even an unforeseen issue that popped up and the owner said they should have caught it and he covered the extra material costs and didn’t charge me a thing extra.
