Recently had Koala install a solar attic fan with a humidistat. The fan works fantastically, its so quiet i had to get on my roof just to see if working. It keeps my attic cool so the small space doesn't cause our 2nd level to get warm even with the ac on. The AC itself works better than ever now as well since it doesn't have to battle the attic heat. The installation process was fast with no hassle. Highly recommend!

Started with me thinking my attic needed insulation… The consultant that came to my house was super professional and knowledgeable. Come to find out, my walls were EMPTY! 😳 the rvalue is worth the price and I noticed a difference right away. Crew was professional, all experienced and answered all my questions. This company is truly outstanding. They are responsive, professional, and take real pride in their work which is something that’s rare and genuinely appreciated. I had previously hired a different USA Insulation franchise that used to operate in Northern Indiana. That franchise did a poor job which was revealed when contractors I hired opened the walls during a kitchen renovation - it was discovered that large sections had never been filled at all. When I called the company, I learned that the particular franchise had gone out of business. Thankfully, the current franchise owner who is based out of Ohio and now covering my area — stepped in and made everything right. Even though they weren’t responsible for the original work, they came to my home, confirmed the issue, and fixed it at no cost to me. That level of accountability and integrity is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. If you’ve seen older negative reviews about missing insulation in this region, please know those are about the former franchise, which is no longer in business. The new ownership has absolutely nothing to do with those problems — and my experience with them has been nothing but positive. Highly recommend this team. They care, they follow through, and they’re doing things the right way. I also highly recommend the service in general as I could feel the difference immediately (even when the walls were half filled it was a huge difference, and now it's even better).

We found this company last minute on a job we were doing due to the supplies we ordered not coming in time. They were extremely helpful and able to fill the order and have us pick it up the next day, Enabling us to complete our job in time. Customer service Was awesome and they got me in and out in a few minutes. We will definitely be using them for any insulation we need in the future.

We had our attic and a freezing cold closet insulated by Momper. They spent nearly 5 hours insulating our attic and a freezing cold closet with just minimal paneling that was making the whole house cold. Our house was built in 1952 so it had not been insulated well at all. I cannot believe how awesome it is now and I’m looking forward to seeing my bills go down. They laid plastic down and cleaned everything up when they were done with a shop vac. Shout out to Dave and Luis for their great work!
I had one of their company trucks run a red light and blow past me, speeding, as I was turning from the other light at an intersection on W Jefferson this morning. Not a good look personally or for the business to be breaking traffic laws and driving recklessly in a company vehicle. Maybe have a talk with your employees or whoever was in such an unnecessary rush.
